Have ordered twice from Jersey Kindom
Have ordered twice from Jersey Kindom. Several NFL and MLB jerseys, and a couple soccer jerseys. First order arrived all items accounted for and looked great. Took about 4-5 weeks. Sent an email to Betty twice requesting order status never received a response (but order arrived). Second order arrived Monday, took about 5 weeks, had previously received email from Betty stating one item was out of stock with a request to for me to send a replacement jersey. I responded with an email with a replacement item number. Never received a response. Emailed again asking for confirmation, no response. When I received my order, the replacement item was not in the order. I emailed Betty twice again stating I was missing am item and requested a refund or credit, no response. My final evaluation is if you want to take a chance that everything will go well with your order, the products I received are of quality. However, if you need customer service you will not receive any. There is only an email contact, nothing else, no WhatsApp or Wechat. I cannot therfore recommend this company. But, will still most-likely take a chance and order again, just might have to be willing to lose some money, or go through the process of disputing charges with my credit card company.

Wanted to update this review, shortly after it was submitted Betty from customer service contacted me and sent out a replacement jersey for the one that was out of stock. It arrived in about two weeks, and once again I thought the quality was excellent. I will continue to order from them, based off of the value I receive for my money.
