Matt and Jennings agreed to help myself and neighbours with the purchase of the freehold on our building. After initial payment there has been no movement. Communication has been terrible...non existent despite multiple emails and phone calls. Whilst our case might not be the biggest priority on the books, a simple courtesy call/update is not too much to ask.

Extremely rude and arrogant handling of phone call! I never would trust or recommend such an unprofessional solicitor representation!!!!!

I don't even know where to start. Matthew is a diabolical communicator and has failed to provide us with important documents of our loan agreement, along with proof of a charge on a property in our favour, all of which he arranged and is dealing with. He replies few and far between days, even after many missed calls, text messages and emails we have sent. He has said on multiple occasions that 'he will release our funds back to us today', misleading us & constantly stringing us along, which in turn stopped us from taking legal action sooner on a loan agreement which has been breached & defaulted now for over 4 months. We now have had to go to another solicitor to chase our money because Matthew clearly can't get the job done or at least have the decency to keep us updated TRUTHFULLY as to what is going on, instead of just blatantly ignoring us, which as you can imagine, is possibly the most frustrating & unprofessional thing that can happen to anyone. We have also been in contact with another member of the firm, Georgina, who constantly assures us that it will be done, Matthew will do it, asks us for our bank details, telling us the money is sitting in the solicitors account, that all agreements have all been signed, yet here we still are with very lack luster communication, a bunch of misleading lies of when we will receive our funds & worst of all, still no funds.

I attempted to initiate contact regarding a follow-up case on 29/08 through the office and also messaged Matt using the previously established channels. I was assured that a message would be relayed to Matt by the secretary and that I would be contacted the following Monday to arrange a consultation. However, 17 days have passed without any contact, and my message remains unread. The urgency of the situation was emphasised in my messages, as a court order has been repeatedly violated, and I have been unable to see my daughter for 8 weeks. For a professional organization that is familiar with the case and has represented me before, this lack of response is unacceptable, and they should be deeply embarrassed. For those seeking a firm that collaborates with its clients and provides timely responses, I recommend searching elsewhere, as no company should be too overwhelmed to respond.

I just needed to get a sworn affidavit signed so I phoned Jennings. I was fitted in with an appointment the same day and advised that it would cost £10 (50% less than anywhere else quoted). The signing was quick and easy and best of all I was told that payment wouldn't be necessary.

I have used Jennings Solicitors in several occassions and have no hesitation in endorsing and recommending their services. They are friendly and easy to talk to on top of offering excellent legal advice. You won't find better solicitors in milton Keynes.

I wouldn't recommend using this firm. Everything was unprofessional, shambolic and a complete mess from start to finish. I ended up having to change solicitors after 5 months because nothing was achieved.

I was also charged for automated emails from themselves about phone lines and emails being down, and for emails from myself chasing them for their lack of response - which is pretty outrageous in my eyes. And funnily enough - it took leaving this review to get them to address this. It’s a shame it took this length to get them to listen. You also have to question any solicitor that doesn’t have time to respond to their existing clients, but seemingly has all the time in the world to respond to a public review.

Please save yourselves additional stress and distress in an already difficult time, and go to someone who knows what they're doing. Yes they may charge more initially, but at least they'll do their job!

I have been a client for the last 20 years - my husband even longer and my brother for the past few years. They have advised and guided me through Court proceedings, Probate, house selling, countless legal communications and, this week, our Wills (Jennings are our Executors).

Over the years I have been advised by Patricia, Matthew, Callum and Melanie. All extremely helpful and I have never once had cause for complaint.

They 'tell it like it is' - there's no dressing up. Always honest and to the point. I've never been given 'duff' advice and trust them implicitly. If they can't help you, they tell you straight away.

There are not enough rating stars - I would give them 100 if I could.
