Je suis de Montréal, Québec donc c’est une excellente solution pour moi de commander chez eux puisque les jus avec saveurs et nicotine sont toujours disponibles. Ils offrent toute une panoplie de saveurs en plus d’avoir un très bon inventaire de choix pour les cigarettes électroniques. Ils sont dans les prix et à chaque fois que j’ai commandé chez eux j’ai eu un petit cadeau. C’est clair que je vais continuer à m’approvisionner chez Jean Cloud Vap. Le délai de livraison est acceptable. Je suis très heureuse de cette découverte. J’utilise les Nord Vap et j’en suis à ma cinquième génération. J’adore ces vapoteuses formats poches.

2 semaines avant qu'ils expédie ma commande.
Service très lent, qu'ils justifient a cause d'une vieille loi passer en 2019..
J'ai commandé par la suite dans un autres magasin dans la même ville et eux ont expédiés le lendemain de ma commande.

J’ai commandé plusieurs fois service incroyable, ils ont les meilleurs prix au Canada. PS en ce moment ils sont débordés vu que tout le monde du Québec commande chez eux du a la nouvelle loi interdisant les saveurs au Québec.

My order was placed over 10 days ago. Nothing shipped, no email, no news. No nothing. And their phone number is just constantly "unavailable" regardless of when you call or how many times you try. Disgusting service. Will probably charge back on my CC tomorrow unless I miraculously get news today lol.

J'ai commandé 11 bouteilles de e-liquide le 22 déc qui ne sont jamais arrivées et qui sont toujours indiquées comme dispo sur leur site. Ils m'ont chargé 35$ de taxes d'accise pour aucune raison. Auj, même si les bouteilles étaient dispo, comme l'indique leur site, mais ce n'est pas le cas, ils m'ont bien fait comprendre qu'il me chargerait la taxe de 7$ par bouteille même si cette taxe n'existait pas le 22 déc.J'attends le remboursement pour mes 11 bouteilles et taxe d'accise.

Malgré le fait que les e-liquides que javais commandé était finalement back order, que mon virement avait été encaissé... Dû aux commentaires que javais lu plus ou moins positifs, ca m'a rendu insécure... Mais j'ai eu un très bon service, réponse rapide par courriel et ils m'ont remis mes sous 2 jours apres, donc japprecie et jacheterai lorsquils seront disponibles

It stated on the website that they had this tobacco vape ejuice that I like in stock. Ordered $125.00 worth so I can bring it up to work, the ejuice failed to deliver on time and found out it was never even shipped after 2 weeks so was then told it would be shipped soon. 2 more weeks go by I’m back home from work. I called and was told it was out of stock and my order was never placed in the system and he seemed confused on why. So I asked for a refund, Sebastian said “two business days you will see it in your account” ok great! You know sometimes there’s errors, I get it. A week went by, no refund I then called a few times with no response so I emailed them and got a reply from Dany one of the employees there. He gave me this crazy run around for 5 days, now frustrated and it’s pushing a month of this nonsense I finally had it and said I was going to file a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. He then said I was threatening him I was then told to give them a piece of ID in order to get a refund because I was told I was suspected of being underage… I calmed his curiosity with my ID and he replied with “Surprising. What order number?” Gave him the order number ignoring his smug reply, it has now been 8 business days and still have not refunded my money. I ordered October 26th 2022 it’s now December 3rd 2022. So now I have no choice but to waste a bunch of time filing complaints and possibly take this bs to small claims.

Disapointed, takes forever.

A friend of mine told me they order E-CIGS from the suppliers once the order is placed, which explain why it takes forever. They don't have much stock compared to what is listed.

If i could give this company no stars I would. Buyer beware!! Order a bunch of vape juice and when it never showed up, jean cloud is refusing to refund the money nor even deal with Canada Post to get my vape juice. Ordered October 1st and by November the 9th still no word from Jean cloud. Buy somewhere else and save a headache and lost cash!!
