After buying our 1st Range Rover 2.5 months ago Jardine Motors at Slough which we travelled nearly 6 hours to get too even though my hubby is in renal failure, but wanted this vehicle...Deal was done Toby was outstanding salesmen ... but now we are owed ££ and still not had it put back into our bank....yes nearly 3 months...and it's not pennies...They blaming accounts dept but who owes ££ for nearly 3 months ..Trying to get truthful answers is ridiculous, receptionist just fob you off or put phone down!!! Maybe CEO needs to be contacted. Treating customers this way in my opinion is absolutely horrific!!

Reserved a car for £500 whilst i sorted out transfer to get the car, saw on the website you could reserve for £99 so i rang them and questioned it but was told that if you do that it prompts them to call to take £500. I decided against the car and asked for my reservation fee back a day later. It has been 2 weeks now and i still havent recieved my money and the so called manager refuses to speak to me and keeps passing me off to different people. This has been such a disgusting experience and no one is helpful at all. I have had to chase this so many times and not one person gave me a courtesy call to let me know they are sorting it out. Took them 2 seconds to take £500 off me but takes them how long to give it back???

Speaking as a once owner of a new 2022 discovery sport p300e, bought from this dealership. Broke down 4 times. In garage for 6 weeks last Christmas, again in July, November and December again previous year. Tried to reject car, LR refused as it had only broken down 4 times ! . Jardine only offered us px value (like we had just walked off the street) so lost £21k in 18 months from new. Then put it on forecourt with a nice big mark up . Terrible reliability, awful dealer service. Worst car decision I have ever made.

Booked my car for service because there is a seatbelt fault. I've booked some time off from work as I live in Telford and Audi is in Shrewsbury. The appointment was for 09:30am and I was told that it would be a whole day job. I wasn't prepared for this nor was I told when I made the booking! Overall, a very poor experience! I am not using your poor service again as I can put it through diagnostics at any garage and it takes 5 minutes and not a whole day!

I would have given zero stars if it was possible. In January a part failed in my GPS - no maps no satnav and no My Audi app. Its now July. Im still waiting for the spare part to become available. What on earth is going on? No explanation and no repair. No sympathy and no help from Audi UK or Jardines. Dreadful experience all round. Honestly I cant recommend either party.
