I have been dealing with Jam golf for several years. Ideal for the golfer that doesn't want to splash out a lot of money for equipment from the onset. They are quick they have a great selection of clubs for the novice all the way to the low handicappers. They also have a professional for the more difficult questions you may have regarding equipment. I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service. they look after their customers.
My shafts were out of stock and i had to wait a week extra for them.
They made sure i was looked after and communication was spot on.

3 bright orange, low compression golf balls in a broken box where Jam golfs compilatory gift for joining their loyalty scheme. No wonder it was kept a mystery. I signed up confusing them with Hot golf. Jam golf stopped replying to messages when a Callaway 3 wood I bought (previous ourchase) cracked leaving it up to Callaway to resolve. I guess I should pay more attention to what I subscribe to.

Goods arrived the following day.

No free gift as promised if you spend over £500 ( I spent over £2000 ). No reward points. My brother bought the same golf beg as I bought the next day £70 cheaper. Jam golf were disinterested when I rang then.

I bought a club under the 6o day return policy but foolishly didn't realize postage would be to Guernsey so at least 3 times normal postage. I don't think that was clear in the blurb.
I also didn't realize credit meant a credit to spend with Jam golf.
I ended up buying a very expensive Garmin watch I didn't really need and some Pro vs.
However all that took a week and I am really enjoying the watch hence 4 stars

I buy a lot of golf equipment, and by far JamGolf have been the best, and I am now only buying from them, great prices and the service second to none, also a little free gift with my purchase, which was a surprise. Superb

no where near up to the level of there competitors, like clubhouse and american golf, site not updated regularly to reflect stock,

i ordered a new club got next day delivery still wasn't dispatched 3 days later, and 3 days after cancellation still no refund.

Still waiting for clubs to arrive.

Excellent from start to finish, I had eyed up a "used" Taylormade QI35 5 wood from Jamgolf, it was in the flex I was after but thought I would sleep on it, went t purchse it the following morning, got all the way to the checkout and it stated it was no longer in stock. I spoke to them on the phone who then checked and said there was 1 left so i purchased it there and then. Arrived fast and was at a great price, I now regularly check the website and would happily purchase from them again
