Jamaican Treasures Villas Arvostelua

I appreciated very much your immediate response to my requests, the quality and seriousness of all transactions.

More importantly, the direct phone calls to enquire about our needs before arrival and feedbacks during our stay, to be sure that everything was all right.

Great service, thanks.

Excellent arrangement and follow-up. Hope to use the services next year!

The location was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a great relaxing time at the beach!

This is a first-rate company run by extremely experienced and attentive pros. I would definitely use their services again.

Your staff was excellent throughout our stay. Present and helpful from beginning to end. All our needs met even before we could ask.
The food was so good!! chef had a variety of meal choices and very adaptable to meal time changes, he communicated with us daily and even had lunches prepared for us to take to the beach.

Everything about the process with Jamaican Treasures was simple, straightforward and demonstrated service excellence. I would use this service again and again. Special shout outs to Daisy and the rest of the staff who truly made us feel at home!

Thanks

The whole team has been extremely reactive and professionnal, anticipating and answering all our questions.

The rented villa was exactly as described, and the staff simply made the trip incredible..

I have rented villas for years with Jamaican Treasures, they have always made the experience a wonderful one, I would highly recommend them to everyone

AMAZING!!!!

Everything was wonderful, staff was friendly and really accommodating, I would definitely stay again at the villas, I really enjoyed my stay.

We spent an incredible week at Dreamtime by the Sea with family and friends. A special reunion after way too many years apart! The property was spectacular and the staff was top notch! From the pick-up at the airport to the incredible meals cooked by our chef and the impeccable service provided by Valentino, we were pampered each and every moment of the stay!

Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back!

its was like home away from home!! just how a vacation should be I will be back

I have lost track of how many times we have booked a villa through Lisa and her team at Jamaican Treasures. Each one of the team is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. They are great in helping us find exactly what we need from year to year. We would not book a villa in Jamaica without their help.

The house is amazing, we had a great time

If I could rate this Villa with more stars that 5...I would!!! The pictures that we saw before arriving do not do any justice to what we saw upon arrival. Valentino (property manager), Chef Jackson, and Troy (grounds keeper) welcomed us with a smile and cold towels. They made our entire stay all that we could have imagined and more. The house keeping staff kept the house clean from top to bottom. We were very happy with this villa and will plan a return trip as soon as possible. If you are reading this and looking for the "Dream" vacation...this villa and the staff will not disappoint.

Spending time at Dreamtime by the Sea, was hands down the best vacation we have ever had, not to mention my Husband and I renewed our vows there as well and it was absolutely beautiful, Valentino, Troy and Natoya were awesome, they were patient, friendly and met all of our needs, it was 12 of us and not one of us had any complaints...we are planning on going back very soon, so thanks to Michael and all of your staff!!!

Wonderful hospitality. The staff made the stay comfortable and welcoming. Great service resulted in a great time by all.

Thanks so much.
Eleanor

Beautiful atmosphere with a whipping, cool wind of it’s own! Our wedding there was amazing and it’s a perfect spot for a family reunion or vacation. The staff are warm and welcoming and Ms. Barbara is such a sweet, cool and caring individual! Loved every moment of it!

Jamaican Treasures timely followed up with me and kept me on track and ensured the vacation rental would go smoothly.
