Truly terrible customer service
Terrible service. Be very careful ordering, their website will return results on all words in your search terms even if you are searching for a specific product. Ordered the wrong fridge by mistake because of this as all the product photos and names are so similar. A simple fix for the website would be to return product not found if they don't stock the actual model searched for! The delivery was just dumped on the lawn, no contact at all from the courier in advance or on delivery, returned home to find it there. I had to pay for the return which took 10 days to sort out as no courier would take it due to it being a fridge. They finally arranged for it to be collected but it took a further 13 days to sort out the refund, I had to repeatedly chase it, it didn't happen automatically. The whole process has taken over a month to sort out and repeated emails chasing. Absolutely shocking customer service.

We would first like to clarify that our product pages clearly state the model, capacity, dimensions and sizing of each fridge, and we always advise customers to read the product information carefully before placing an order. If a customer is ever unsure whether a product is suitable, they can also contact us on 0151 334 0222, option 2, to speak directly with our technical team before purchasing.
The fridge ordered in this case was an Adventurer AD65X, a 65-litre model, and the item dispatched was the item selected and ordered.
In regards to the website search, the term used, “Alpicool Nomadic Ark CR50X”, contains several keywords which will naturally return similar and related products. Searching “Alpicool” will display products from that range, while terms such as “CR50X” and “50” may return comparable compressor fridges.
This is intentional. If the search only returned exact matches, customers would need to know the precise product title, brand and model code before anything useful appeared. This would not only make it harder to browse alternative or comparable products, but would also make it much more difficult to find the exact model required unless the customer already knew its full details, making general navigation of the website far less practical.
In regards to the service issues raised, the delivery service used is a signed-for service and, unfortunately, in this instance the courier did not comply with the required delivery procedure. This is outside of our direct control once the consignment has been handed over, however we apologise for the error.
The return also took place during our peak summer period, when higher volumes can increase return and refund processing times. Even taking this into account, we agree that the delay in this case was longer than it should have been.
Your feedback has been passed to the relevant teams for review, and we have also spoken with our warehouse team regarding the return and refund delays to help prevent similar delays going forward.
I needed a new downlighter bulb
I needed a new downlighter bulb for my caravan bathroom. Jackson Leisure had just what I wanted and delivered it quickly. I will be fitting it next time we go out in it.

Bought Thule side and front rain covers for my motorhome. Spoke with an advisor before buying and was advised on correct product.

I needed a fridge quickly
I needed a fridge quickly. I have previously bought from Jacksons Leisure Supplies, so knew they were good value and reliable. Within 3 days I had a lovely little fridge that was very nice and as described and safely delivered. I found them easy to get in touch with and they responded quickly and politely. Overall, I would strongly recommend them as good suppliers of quality items at value for money prices.

Bargain price for Thule rain panels and great customer service
Bought Thule rain panels which were significantly cheaper than anywhere else and which arrived super fast. The panels are great, easy to fit and give the motorhome a huge amount of additional living space.

Was told it would be with me possibly next day. Was finally delivered Thursday 3rd of September to the wrong address 1/4 mile away. Only found this out by ringing Friday morning to cancel the order, I was asked if I'd mind getting it from the other address. I was away working so asked my son to go and see if it was still there, it was, he managed to drag it 1/4 mile home as was a 2 man lift and wouldn't fit in his car!
All round a complete nightmare, I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with finding where people's orders are as it seems the delivery/dispatch is failing.

Just a delight to deal with
Just a delight to deal with, from product information to the customer service department. Everyone was helpful, and nothing was to much trouble .I wanted to replaced my cooker in my 2013 Unicorn Cartagena as my current one was just a nightmare to keep working. So need help identifying an exact replacement. All sorted then was delivered in 2 days with an ETA which was excellent. Can't fault them at all.

I can’t believe these reviews are true
I can’t believe these reviews are true. Ordered a motorhome Thetford part. Was told it was in stock. After ordering was then told we only had 2 in stock and they were sent to other customers. Then 2 days later was told that they’re sending it out next day delivery. No tracking number, and no delivery. 4 days later everything has gone silent. They still have my money. Avoid this nonsense company and buy elsewhere. Update. Having read this reply the communications record should show that I received an email from Rachael on the Wednesday, saying it would be dispatched on the Thursday for delivery on the Friday. Which is obviously next day. I still have the email so I can send it to you to add to your communication record. You can add it to the dispatch email that I received the following Monday and a follow up email 5 minutes later with a refund email. Confusing. The only reason I have received a refund is because I had to keep chasing it up with you so please don’t make out it was great customer service.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused with this order.
The order was placed over the bank holiday weekend while our business was closed. During this extended period, we received multiple orders for the remaining stock of this item. These were processed in date order when we reopened and, unfortunately, the available stock had already been allocated by the time your order was reached.
The replacement stock has still not arrived as of today, and the item is currently shown as unavailable/out of stock on our website.
Following your further contact, the order was cancelled and refunded in full on 7th September. The refund should reach your account within the standard bank processing time of 3–5 business days.
UPDATE:
Following your review update, we have reviewed this further with Rachael and located the additional email chain, which had been transferred to another colleague during her absence and was therefore not visible during our initial review.
To clarify the timeline, when you contacted us on 1st September, you were advised that the item was not currently in stock but that further stock was expected to arrive later that week. The order remained open while this delivery was awaited.
You are correct that Rachael emailed you on Wednesday 2nd September advising that the item was expected to dispatch on Thursday for delivery on Friday. This was based on the stock delivery we were expecting that week.
Unfortunately, the expected stock did not arrive as anticipated. The order was subsequently passed over to our stock team so that a revised availability date could be confirmed.
Following your further contact, on Monday 7th September the paperwork was reprinted and the order was arranged for dispatch that day, with a Royal Mail tracking number provided. At this point our system was showing the stock as available. However, when this was taken through to the warehouse, the physical stock could not be located.
Rachael then spoke directly with our Warehouse Manager, who confirmed that the expected items had not arrived with the previous delivery despite the system showing them as available. You were updated shortly afterwards and the order was cancelled and refunded in full the same day. As the order had already been passed over for stock confirmation, this would have been followed up and the refund processed that day regardless of whether you had chased.

Replacement glass lid for our caravan cooker. First time using Jackson’s leisure , their website was easy to navigate and the product was a good price.
