Jack Rogers Arvostelua 

Where do I start. Purchased a pair of Jack Rodgers sandals for my daughter and the heel fell off within 2 weeks. After closer inspection, the sole (on both sandals was separating). These shoes are trash. Buyer beware. Quality is not even questionable - it is atrocious.

Bought a pair of Jack Rogers sandals from Marshall's (just like the last 4 pairs I've gotten) and wore them only twice before the top sheet of leather decoration fell off the back heel. I contacted Jack Rogers by email with an explanation and pictures included (one picture was of the serial number that's located on the inside of the top strap). Jack Rogers customer service replied almost immediately and told me they couldn't help me with any shoes sold through an affiliate. I find this DISGRACEFUL as I still paid near full price ($79.99) for this shoe and only got two wears out of it before it BROKE! Due to the ever-changing fit of Jack Rogers sandals I find it easier to purchase their shoes when I can find them at my local TJMAXX or Marshall's because I get the chance to try them on and make sure they fit properly. It's not MY fault I don't live near a Jack Rogers Retail Store and it is certainly not my fault that the sizing of their shoes is never the same, unreliable, and makes buying from their online store a sometimes months long event of purchasing, trying on, and returning. VERY disappointed in this customer service!

I have had 5 pairs of shoes from Jack Rogers. The wooden sandals seem to hold up nicely, however the jelly sandals and booties do not. The pair of jelly sandals I had broke and I know multiple people who have had the same problem happen. I will not purchase another pair of jellies ever again due to the quality and price. I think they should be made better considering the higher price. I got around 6 months of wear from these shoes before they gave out on me. On the other hand the booties are TERRIBLE QUALITY!!! I purchased the Bailee suede bootie from the Jack Rogers private sale over the summer and highly regret that decision. I haven’t worn them probably 15 times before the heel on one of the shoes came off. These shoes are $128 retail and are no where near the quality of that price. Luckily I didn’t pay that much. I would not reccomend buying a pair of Jack Rogers booties that have a wooden heel. They are poorly made considering the price. Not worth the money. My cheaper booties from American Eagle have held up much better over the course of a year compared to these which haven’t even lasted through a month of wear. The sole of the shoe also seems to be separating from the shoe as well. I would not reccomend the booties or jelly sandals to anyone. I do really like the classic wooden sandals from there, they seem to be worth the price considered to some of their other styles. Plus the Jack Rogers site doesn’t have a place to review your purchase so I’m leaving a review here hoping they will see it. Hope this helps anyone considering buying booties or jelly sandals.

Due to a mix up with my mailman (I had just moved when I ordered the shoes) my package was returned to the company. Three weeks after they received it, they emailed me telling them they had my package, and asked me if I wanted a refund or if I still wanted the shoes. I told them I wanted the shoes still, and they confirmed and said they'd resend them.

It has now been a full month and I've not heard anything from the company. I've sent three emails to customer service asking for the status, to no response. It is now two full months after I ordered the shoes, and the season is ending so I may not get to wear them this year at all. I'm VERY disappointed in the quality of customer service and total lack of responsiveness.

This is a beautiful product however when customer service and care are not given it takes away from the product.

Customer service with your company is DEPLORABLE, no return calls or return emails nothing how do expect to grow as a reputable company?.
Projecting an American Icon will not do it!
Showing pictures of Jackie O will not do it. Caring and answering your phone will keep that wonderful Picture of Jackie O alive and well and benefit your company to grow and have credibility as well!

So I’ve heard all the positive reviews about this shoes over the years and when I stumbled upon the year end sale I decided to take the plunge and buy 5 pairs. They are all the same size (8.5) and ALL fit completely different ..... some of the sandals are so tight I got blisters, 1 fits okay and 2 pairs are so big they almost fall off. I expected A LOT more from the shoes and the brand. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of shoes I can’t return, or even exchange.

I am unable to rate the sandal as I never received it but I was highly disappointed in Jack Rogers customer service. Purchased a sandal online about 3 weeks ago and still had not received it so I called Jack Rogers customer service line and left a voicemail with my order number to inquire where my order was. 2 days later I had not heard back so I emailed customer service and received a response that I had not received my package because that item was out of stock and that I should have received a refund. Exclaimed that I had not received a refund and that the item still shows available online in the size I ordered so I would still like the item. Mentioned wanting to speak with a manager but did not know how to reach one since no one ever called me back on the customer service line. Never heard back from customer service after this. My money was refunded a few days later but I guess I’ll never be able to rate the product because that was my first experience with Jack Rogers and it will be my last!

My honest experience. I love the shoes, my kids bought them for my birthday in the fall. I wore them approximately four times in the spring and one of the heels came off. Unfortunately I didn’t immediately realize it, so I don’t have the heel. I have tried calling ‘customer service’ several times, left a voice mail with my phone number. I have sent no less than FIVE e-mails along with pictures of the shoes. They are virtually unresponsive and I find it pretty ridiculous! I do not recommend purchasing from this company!

I normally do not have any issues with name brand company. However, Jack Rogers USA.com deserves zero stars. Their customer service don't pick up the phone call nor respond to your voice message. On top of all, they also do not reply to any messages when you email them. It has been over 7 days since i sent them 2 messages about this issue and no response at all. If you try to contact them via Facebook, they respond and say email customer service.

I have been purchasing Jack Rogers through department stores and been extremely happy with. I know what size to order and what sizes are needed for my girls. Needless to say, when I placed an order for sales item I was confident that won't have any issues and it will fit like it normally has been. However, Camille Sparkle Flat SKU: 885434506225; design A+ but totally off the size chart! Size 6 will probably fit like size 7. Napa Valley Sandal SKU: 874681005063 same way, cutest design but totally off the chart. I know it did say items weren't returnable so I just decided to give it away bc it might be just me that's just having an issue. However, my little one fell in love with Camille Sparkle flat so I decided to just order another smaller shoes size 5 which is a whole size smaller than my previous order. Well, shoes arrived and size 5 fits like size 6.5. This is totally off the size chart and I consider this as a defect and ask them to take it back; but seems like they really don't give a crap about customers bc as of yet no response!

Jack Rogers, YOU MAY HAVE MY $250 BUT YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR NOT STANDING BEHIND YOUR OWN PRODUCTS!
NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLY SIZED SHOES! DON'T BUY FROM JACK ROGERS USA.COM BC YOU WOULD REGRET IT ONE DAY.
