Mauvais expérience.Jai commande une chaise pour mon fils et j'ai reçu un mauvais produit. J'ai envoyé énormément de mail pour un échange mais pas de retour concret.

Looks like there is a mistake in your website. I order a chair from Spain, but the system set my address in Germany. The transport company, in their tracking system, in first term, shows in their map the right direction, in Spain, but days later message me telling the delivery was unsuccesfull. A case is open through PayPal, but still have not any comment by your company, only unwanted marketing. I want my money back, or the chair, but i demmand a solution ASAP.

I bought this gaming chair on Amazon. After a year and half the gas pump was defect. The supplier’s customer service helped me a lot by providing a solution and sending me a new gas pump at a fair price. They also send me the installation document on how to replace this pump (YouTube videos). But at the end we never succeeded in removing the defect pump. So back to square one … 😩

When first i saw the pink gamingchair from IWMH, i loved it immidiately. so i decided to order the chair i wanted. Shipping was very quick, because it arrived earlier than i expected. When i received and assembled the pink gaming chair it looked wonderfull. And ofcourse very important its a very comfortable chair to sit on. the two cushions on the chair are easily attached and/or removed. to make the chair comfortable in the way you like it. and it has nice heigth and tilt settings. So im very happy about the service and the product. i would recommend IWMH to my friends and other people too.

IWMH is a good brand for gaming chair very sturdy and comfortable. Also the after-sales service is of the highest quality, with unrivalled speed, helpfulness and efficiency

I had a broken wheel base section on my chair. It took some time and a few e-mails to finally procure the missing section. In the end, I received the missing section and my chair was once more functional. However, the standard wheels stick easily on carpet and cause strain on the wheel base section. I acquired wheels of a more easily rolling type from another supplier, thus avoiding strain on the wheel base. Perhaps it would be possible for you to offer these more easily flowing wheels as an alternative. But, thanks for your help in restoring my very comfortable and favourite chair

Seul point à améliorer : la livraison. Le colis a été déposé dans ma cour alors qu'il pleuvait un peu. Je n'ai pas reçu d'information indiquant le jour de livraison.

Achat d'un siège de bureau gaming, envoi rapide, montage facile. Très content de mon achat, siège très confortable. Maintenant à voir dans le temps.

Todo ha ido bíen. La compra, la entrega. La silla por el momento bien. Cómoda, me ayuda a tener la espalda recta. Quizás el único pero, para mi gusto, la almodilla de la nuca demasiado grande.
En unos meses pondré otra review indicando como ha ido con el uso.

Nach viermaliger Anforderung habe ich 20 Tage nach dem Kauf immer noch keine nach deutschem Recht gültige Rechnung erhalten.
Die Anfragen nach der Rechnung wurden zuerst von einem Bot, dann sandte ein distanzloser Mitarbeiter einen in sich widersprüchlichen, unvollständigen und ungültigen Beleg und danach überhaupt nicht mehr beantwortet.
Warum ist die Postadresse lediglich ein "Briefkasten"?
