Very happy with service provided . All my multiple queries answered patiently and efficiently by phone and email by the same person each time, and was updated re both document arrival and onward delivery from IWC

We had to obtain a medallion seal and Nicola provided a brilliant service making things as easy as possible for ourselves and offered help and advice all the way.

Step by step guidance for obtaining a Medallion Stamp Signature Guarantee. A lengthy process but communication was good and Loren was very patient and understanding. Would recommend IWC if anyone needs support selling shares through this process.

This is an absolutely professional company.
They acted with courtesy, timely replies and very efficiently.Every question,no matter the time of day, was immediately dealt with.There was always a time difference of 6 hours, but that never made it a problem.

I can only say what appalling service I have received from this company in selling my late husband's shares. Many months have passed and now I find papers have not been sent to the States even though I was told in February that they had gone.
So if you are selling shares, don't touch them with a barge pole.
