Ordered a refurbished iPad, delivery was prompt and the condition of the iPad was first class. Having used this daily for two months, I’m happy to report no issues and delighted with product and the service.

Brilliant product and looks like new

Brilliant product and looks like new. The speed it came and the way it was packaged was first class. Simple to set up and I would recommend this company to you as my first experience was 10 out of 10. Thank you for this iMac it’s just made my day.

Why buy new?

I recently ordered a refurbished iMac OS X
It arrived on time, very well packaged, in very good condition and with compatible mouse and keyboard.
It's functioning perfectly.
This is a far more financially sound way of working.

Great computer as far i can see.

great computer as far i can see, only received it today but my son seems happy with it, although the key is slightly muddled number 2 is @ and @ is " but well find away around that, it actually made us laugh. like i say so far so good, good value for money.

Worst company ever

I purchased 2 x Macbook Air 11.6 for my daughters as a Christmas present. They actually sent us 2 x 13.3 Macbook Air one of which does not work without the charger. I contacted them to resolve my issues and they have come back to me and said i have to return the Macbook to them at my expense and it's my responsbility if it does not get to them. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. I have paid for a new battery and someone who knows what they are doing to fit it for me.

I have now been contacted by trustpilot saying my review is not genuine and they have no details regarding my order. Absolutely shocking!!!

Purchase of refurbished ipad

Just received a refurbished iPad & it arrived sooner than promised, it is in superb condition & appears to work very well.
Would recommend this company without hesitation
