Most Flavorful Tea!
This is the most flavorful tea I have ever had. We have tried the White Tea, Jasmine Green, and the Oolong. All are the best we have ever had. Highly recommend this tea company and will only buy from them until we find something better (which I don’t think is going to happen at these prices). And how could tea get even more flavorful?!

Unique Teas, Great Customer Service, Reasonable Prices
Excellent teas, great customer service, and reasonable prices. There are regular sales, so you can always get something new and interesting for a good price. They send samples with every order. If you have a question or an issue, they are quick to answer or resolve it. I have found teas on their site I haven't found anywhere else. Their rewards program is also great, which is a nice incentive for regular customers.

Beautiful, high quality teas! I can tell that great care is taken with every step of preparation. Leaves are whole and lovely, and each one has its own distinct, wonderful flavor.

Wonderful high quality teas and I am amazed and so inspired of the packaging, the box, every tea that has a biography card with all the information, origin, characteristics, how to prepare, map with origins. Pure delight to open tea , taste and to know all the story behind, very beautifully made from tea to the packaging!!

I ordered on 12/7/2025. Now is 1/16/26. Never get my package. The tracking information stops on 1/4/26. Company didn’t reply my email after I sent the follow up email. I suggest avoid buying from this company.

Your order did experience an extended customs inspection, which delayed the shipment by around 15 days. After customs clearance was completed, the tracking information unfortunately stopped updating, and we have already reached out to you to offer solutions, including a replacement or a refund.
We also sincerely apologize that your email was not replied to in time. This was due to limited support coverage over the weekend, and we will be improving our weekend customer service.

All of our teas are sourced from China, with clearly identifiable origins and production years. Each tea is carefully selected to ensure authenticity and quality. For some aged teas, detailed information about the individual tea maker may not be available, which is standard in the industry.
According to our refund policy, customers who are not satisfied with their tea are eligible for a refund, and your refund has already been processed.
