Gift card difficulties!

I received a gift card and when it didn't work the first time I emailed and was told it didn't work with subscriptions. On returning to website it looks like everything is a subscription (bit of a giveaway in the name! So I tried to buy something that said a gift card could be used however at payment section there was nowhere to enter the card but because I kept clicking next in the hope of finding it, I now have a subscription I'm not sure I wanted. Will see when first issue arrives!
Perhaps having a section to display what is available to buy with gift card, or clearer instructions on when the card is entered (rather than 'at payment') would be helpful.

Failed to deliver and refused to refund…

Failed to deliver and refused to refund me directly, instead sending me to the publisher. I have a contract with isubscribe not with the publisher.

Magazine subscriptions start with the next available new issue and the delivery timeframe for each magazine is stipulated when you order, in this case 4-6 weeks and the first issue is expected to arrive during this week.
