istanbul Airport transfer Arvostelua 4

BAF TURIZM travel agency is completely unreliable and deceptive. They are not transparent and deliberately mislead travelers about pricing. I was clearly told the service would cost $140 USD, yet my card was charged $268. When questioned, they changed their story and claimed the amount was in euros, which was never communicated upfront. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and overcharging.

The problems did not stop there. Their driver demanded $20 but forced me to pay $30 at a gas station, even after I had already paid for his and his colleague’s dinner, which should never be a customer’s responsibility.

The tour guide was highly unprofessional, could barely communicate in English, and provided no meaningful explanation or information about the sites. The entire tour felt disorganized and exploitative.

This was by far the most frustrating and unpleasant travel experience I have had. I strongly warn travelers to avoid BAF TURIZM unless you want to be misled, overcharged, and treated unfairly.

NO STARS

The tour guide was smoking inside the car. Then outside the car,he smoked all the time and bragged how he smokes without making guests find out that he is smoking.
With his car windows open, he cursed all cars passing by him in turkish and kept screaming " xxx.... jahannum, jahunnum" meaning go to hell. Traffic was impossible and he admitted that himself, by saying just a while ago it showed 20 minutes and now it shows 50 minutes to destination.
He was blaming his boss "Mustafa" for making him work on that day! I sensed his frustration and carefully asked are you going to pick me and drive me back to the airport tomorrow morning. He turned his head while driving, he yelled: Madame! I don't belong to Mustafa! this is my own car... !!!
I know, stupidity should be treated by silence. So I stayed silent on the way back to the airport. Over 50 minutes driving back to hotel, he was talking angrily on the phone the whole time, talked about, people, politics, life... nearly everything. Even worse he was saying Zulm and Zalim （disgusting）will be judged and punished by god.

I have a recorded him talking and yelling. Unfortunately I don't know how to upload the video. We'll, just like he said I hope you and BAF get punished by God.

I've return here firstly to delete but cannot so am sincerely apologies for making this review on here 2 days after i travelled, but I made it as my items as informed here was missing. I have now found them exactly as/how they were original, and as mentioned very happy to find my missing grdbaby pictures and other memorable travel stuff. Hope & prayed - no1 was fired.

Gentlemen travellers, pay close attention to this BAF TURIZM travel agency. They are liars and cunning in deceiving travelers who are in difficulty due to canceled flights. They are not transparent and correct in communicating the rates and defraud people with cunning. They gave me a handwritten receipt that has no tax value and Turkish Airlines doesn't want to refund it.
I have sent several emails asking for the tax receipt but they don't respond. They are thieves and fugitives.
