Software gut, Rest = bedingt empfehlenswert

Eigentlich von der Software-Seite eine super Geschichte, nach der Übernahme fallen nun aber z.B. Zeit-Tickets einfach weg. Das Marketing verspricht Geschenkkarten, wenn man eine Review schreibt, dann setzt man sich hin und schreibt englische Reviews und nimmt sich wirklich Zeit - nix. Dann mail mal x-mal mit der Marketing Barbara hin und her und plötzlich "oh ein Versehen, bestätigen Sie ihre Mail her und da oder noch beim Papst" - Software geil - Marketing = Saftladen

We’re glad to hear that you value the software itself, but we’re sorry that your experience with the review incentive process has been frustrating.

To clarify, the process required sharing the published review link with us so we could issue the reward. As we did not receive this at the time, we were not aware that your review had been published. Once this came to our attention, we reached out and offered to send the gift card, with only a standard email confirmation needed due to the use of a role-based address.

Perfect tool for all IT people

Perfect tool for all IT people. I maintain more than 50 computers all over France, and ISL helped me keep all of my clients working during the COVID lockdowns. The tool is reasonably priced considering all of the advantages it offers - rapid interventions, zero kilometers, satisfied customers.

ISL online is the best remote control…

ISL online is the best remote control software!
I have been using it for years now and it keeps on getting better and better. It is really easy to connect with your clients or personal remote computers. User interface is at least for basic features extremly easy to use and understand. Customer just enters the code either on ISL page or your own dedicated page and you are on their computer in seconds.
With the new version they introduced great file browser for file transfers.
If you have any problems, their customer support is great, they fix the problem immediatly or if it is a bug with the next update. I actually can not imagine my work without ISL Online.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs remote connection software for their work.
