I had 20E in my account that I lost thanks to this suspension recently. Looks like alot of accounts were affected. I can confirm I can still take Dynata surveys with other providers so they have no issue with my answers or my opinions. This suspension looks to be a complete cover up to just sale data and not pay anything back. From a ethics point of view it is an utter disgrace. They can keep the data but people should think twice before signing up to this crowd.

Been using them for years but all of a sudden this week they said i had violated the terms and had suspended my account ! I have never had an issue like this before with them. They also recently said on the site that i needed to verify my account with photo i.d. I didn’t do this and am glad i didnt now ! I have emailed them to ask will i be able to access my account again. Awaiting the reply. reading the recent reviews above i see this has happened a lot of other users recently!

Update - They replied and said ‘After reviewing my account activity, we had no choice but to suspend your account’.

Honestly, I had taken surveys for years without any issues then all of a sudden my account is banned, which I was not aware of only I contacted them as I couldn't log in and they told me my account was suspended permanently for reasons that were complete lies and kept the credit I had saved. They also said that they communicated these supposed reasons with me on the website which is also a complete lies.
After reading other reviews here I've seen the same thing happen to other people.
Very disappointing as they used to be fantastic.

literally gave them 5 stars couple weeks ago. After that they suspended my account without no reason.

Looking at the older reviews, Irish Opinions used to have a good reputation. That's clearly changed as of late: the company now uses a broken ID verification system that tends to deny payouts to their users while simultaneously harvesting their personal data. In other words, it's a scam.

Everything was going okay until I redeemed my first €10 reward. I verified my info with a personal ID and selfie when prompted to, then, all of sudden, I stopped receiving survey offers. After a week of waiting, I emailed support to ask why. They told me that their "system detected violations" and summarily suspended my account. By closing my account, they locked me out of my unredeemed rewards & confiscated my earnings.

They would not explain specifically what these violations were, and I assume that's because there were none. I did not violate their terms & conditions and all info/answers I provided were honest. Basically, Irish Opinions took my personal data and ran at the first opportunity. Now I feel like a fool.

100% Irish Opinions is a scam. They exploit users by milking them dry for data and then close their accounts before they even make a payout. PLEASE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID - DO NOT HAND YOUR PERSONAL DATA OVER TO THESE HUCKSTERS, DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR TIME.

The exact thing happened to me a few days ago. Looking for id and photo verification ,and then saying there is a problem with their system. I had about
€ 15.OO in the account. Not much but that is not the point.

I have taken many surveys for the company over a few years. All of a sudden I'm asked to verify my identity, which I did. I was told my verification failed even though it shouldn't have. They promptly closed my account and confiscated over €100 in rewards. They would not specifically tell me they issue. They just vaguely said I didn't answer surveys honestly but I always did. To me it felt like a money grab. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Been using Irish opinions for a 2 years now! I radeem 10e a week, for tesco or penneys! Great! Im a diamond level now.

Irish Opinion, it's not fair that I fill in a 35-40 minutes survey than I got a message in the end that "Better fit elsewhere. Try another." instead of the money. I'm doing surveys since 2022, the quality is declining, surveys are often broken or there is no reward in the end.

I think is not fair to do whole survey till the last question and app saying you are better fit elswere, complete waste of time as you dont know till end did you fit or no, but you go through whole survey :(

I get this on month after I need proof my I'd witch I can't to prove not let my waist my time avoid customer service dint answer no email back to my .sometimes even not qualify for survey witch is more like 2-5euro only for 50cent or 0.75takes long long time to earn 10euro and after can't take gift card problems very bad!!!!

I joined recently and keep pinching myself, wondering why I waited so long! It is very quick to accumulate the €10 and the Tesco voucher, my preferred reward is instant. I receive it straight away. The surveys pay well and are enjoyable!

Very poor website, most surveys time out or they will make you complete them and you won't be rewarded and if you contact customer service, they're no help at all. Just a joke of a website, wouldn't recommend

Sent the information requested to prove I completed a special offer. Now almost a week later, no further response to my emails and no incentive. Even though I had to use my money to fulfill the offer! I will be contacting Dynata directly if necessary!

Seemed good to start, plenty of surveys. But you get kicked out of most of them as being not "qualified", even 10-15 minutes in. Complete waste of time.

They used to be great but they have gone to the dogs tbh. If you're living in dublin you're not allowed to do surveys. I've been a member for over 15 years but might review my membership cause what's the point in going on the site when your gonna be denied surveys?

Bigest scam ever.... filling in survey and when you answered all of the questions you are getting message that you are not in the group that they want answers from. They still got their questions answered but people dont get money. Just avoid and dont waste your time for 1 euro...

Takes 30mins+ to earn €1, and as often as not once you’ve spent 30mins filling out the whole survey, it says “unfortunately this survey has been withdrawn” and you get nothing. Total waste of time verging on being a complete scam.

If you want spend 90 mins to make €1-2 (if you’re lucky) otherwise AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

Poor pay for long surveys but what really gets me is the amount of times I wasn't paid for a particular survey or didn't receive my €10 reward after claiming it. Sometimes after lots of contact with support I get my reward sometimes not. They are dishonest. Stay away

Has to be one the worse sites ever, over 60% of surveys will time out, surveys ended usual message.you can contact customer service and they'll basically call you a liar,have shown screenshots and everything and they will still say the usual jargon. If you want to earn real money I wouldn't recommend this site, you may earn ten euro a month if you're lucky
