Truffa.
Non me ne sono accorta, hanno addebitato 3 mensilità di 39,90€. Ho annullato l'abbonamento immediatamente. Non penso che riuscirò a ottenere il rimborso.
NON INSERITE I DATI DELLA VOSTRA CARTA.

A test finito chiedo una cifra irrisoria (0,50€)da pagare per ottenere il risultato del test, dopo di ciò ti attivano un abbonamento con addebito mensile.
A me di 47.90€ al mese per tre mesi.
Un totale di 147 euro, ho chiesto il rimborso, e denuncia alla postale

I just happened to read a review 10 mins after doing a test. I emailed them and told them to cancel my card details and any further services I might have inadvertently signed up to. Over 48 hours I was asked to supply anything I could to help them identify my subscription but not giving them any sensitive details of card numbers etc. I froze my card for any request for further payments from them. Funny enough exactly 48 hrs later they tried to get a payment of €39 while at the same time telling me they could not find anything from me or any details I supplied but they were using my email address to converse with me. I believe they have a 48 hr cooling off period to keep it legal and requests for further details is allegedly to get my query beyond that 48 hrs. Luckily the bank denied their request and cancelled the card and issued a new one. Don't get caught, valuable lesson learned.

IQ test fake. And the end, they ask for money.

I was charged 480 Euros. I was not aware I was a client, I found out 6 weeks ago.

I have not been using their services or subscriptions, not at once. They know it. I found out a week ago that I was their paying client since September.

...and not with one account but 2 accounts. my card was charged twice a month because I must have entered 2 different email addresses with the same card.

I have not received any type of notifications about the payments getting taken out regularly. I was busy trying to find living arrangements for my family. A very stressful time. We need the money back.

Charging me for 6 months without a notification I have been caught unaware. I have never come across any business that did this to me.

There was no exchange of any service. They were just taking my money. I found this a very unfair business practice

Non ricordavo nemmeno di aver fatto questa cosa. Da Giugno 2023 a Febbraio 2024 mi sono ritrovato 14 addebiti da € 39. Ho mandato una mail per chiedere il rimborso. Chiedo se qualcuno che ha avuto esperienza simile ha ottenuto il rimborso.

Ladri. Due addebiti di circa 50€ e senza richiesta né alcun servizio erogato. Fanno pagare a basso prezzo il test solo per confermare i dati della carta di credito e fare poi degli addebiti non richiesti dopo...per cosa poi..non si capisce

Aggiungo un aggiornamento. Dopo aver scritto, mi hanno rimborsato solo parzialmente ribadendo che sono stata io ad accettare i termini. Peccato che questo termini sono ben nascosti al momento della sottoscritto né tantomeno viene inviata una mail di conferma adesione o di remind di addebito. Torno a dire: ladri

Terza volta che provate a prendermi soldi dalla carta, se ho fatto un abbonamento senza accorgermi voglio disdire subito. Ma come e possibile per un iq test arrivare a fare un abbonamento di 47.90 al mese. 😡😡

Mia figlia per gioco ha fatto il test pagando €0,50 come richiesto per avere il certificato. Oggi sorpresa mi hanno addebitato €47,90 per un ABBONAMENTO INESISTENTE CHE NON HO MAI AUTORIZZATO, RIVOGLIO IL RIMBORSO.
Non capisco come mai permettono a questi siti di fare come vogliono. ATTENZIONE NON FATE IL TEST IQ.

Les questions sont celles d'un niveau d'une école primaire 🤣 ils nous disent qu'ils vont décrire nos connaissances et au final, on a rien ! C'est une arnaque, je me suis désabonner avant les 48 heures passés, il faut toujours lire les conditions générales de vente. Enfin j'espère que je n'aurai aucun prélèvement par la suite...

Diffidate da questi ladri! Non date nessuna carta di credito perché vi verrà addebitata una somma di oltre 40€!!!!!
Ho dovuto far bloccare la mia carta!non cascateci pure voi!

SCAMMERS BIG TIME!

They lure you into a subscription. They took payments from my bank account until I noticed it. They don't even send invoices that I can use for my tax return. Don't do this!

I got a score of 75 and for other sources I do score on the top of the range (as everybody else also shares here).

Mi ritrovo a fare un test in cui mi chiedono di pagare 0,50 centesimi per il risultato.
Sorpresa? A distanza di 20 giorni mi ritrovo un addebito su carta per un abbonamento di 47,90 euro che IO NON HO MAI SOTTOSCRITTO NÉ MI È MAI ARRIVATA UNA MAIL DI CONFERMA DI SUDDETTO ABBONAMENTO.
Oggi stesso ho inviato una mail in cui richiedo il rimborso immediato e la disdetta da questo fantomatico abbonamento.
Vediamo che succederà

sono truffatori. Per caso dopo 3 mesi mi accorgo che invece di 0,50 cent mi stanno estorcendo 39 euro al mese che non ho mai autorizzato. Ora chiederò alla carta di credito di venire rimborsata per questa truffa. Le carte di credito non dovrebbero accettare che il loro marchio venga utilizzato da simili truffatori conclamati

Estafadores. Llevo varios recibos de 39€ que no me había percatado y hoy por suerte vi que se me iban a cobrar otro. Resultados imprecisos ya que no ves la corrección. No les deis ni visitas a la web.

I did get a 140 but dubious about it ... well my kids are ... and they've renamed themselves to iq-minute.com !! But started to smell bad immediately when the info attached was very copy paste'y and noticed "subscription" which is really not clear when you click on pay to see your results!!!!! Very very bad form!!! I'm sincerely hoping that as I cancelled within 2 hrs of doing the test they don't automatically charge me anyway as the cancellation mail stated "WARNING: All current monthly subscriptions are due and cannot be refunded (see general terms and conditions of sale)." I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE BUT PAID FOR TEST @.50C

Même problème de mon côté; prélèvements non justifié, tente de me désabonner et on continue de me prélever. En les contactant, ils m indiquent qu aucun prélèvement n a été réalisé.

Abofalle aus England. In der Eu ist dies so verboten. Aber da die Wenseite aus England stammt (keine Eu) greift hier nicht das 14 tägige Rückgaberecht.
Nach 2 Tagen wird abgebucht.
Wie kann es sein das so eine Webseite die Möglichkeit gegeben hier eine deutsche Webseite vorzugaukeln und Menschen zu betrügen.Finger weg

Hice un test de IQ y para poder visualizar los resultados tuve que pagar 0,50€ cómo ponía la oferta y resulta que 2 día después me hacen un cobro a mi tarjeta de 47,90€ sin autorización y sin haberme suscrito a nada, solicito la devolución de mi dinero o procedo a hacer denuncia en policía ya que veo que no soy la primera persona a la que estafan!
