Excellent Delivery Service
I sent flowers to my niece in London approximately around 10.30 am and she received them around 2pm on the same day. She was not at home at the time you delivered the flowers but you left them in a safe place. You e mailed that information to me with a photograph of the flowers in the safe place. That is excellent delivery service and communication.

XL size was disappointing
Was disappointed with the size of Bouquet, ordered extra large for the wow factor and didn’t get it ! Arrangement was nice but a lot smaller than expected

Ordering the flowers from abroad was…
Ordering the flowers from abroad was really easy &the continual update re-progress of the delivery was superb.
One issue- flowers (delivered to student accommodation) were left in a very public place (reception may not have been helpful?)and I had to let the recipient know (spoiled the surprise a bit)

I purchased flowers for a new baby from my workplace. Website is easy to use, order was delivered on time and flowers were very well received. Interflora kept me in the loop on the delivery and send a photo when the flowers were delivered. Very efficient service, would recommend.
