Intercity Removals Arvostelua 

Edi & Alex were absolutely fantastic in moving me from Wales to Scotland over two days. They were very quick and efficient at packing up the van and unloading ... done in an hour both times. And very professional every step of the way. And they went beyond the call of duty to get my 3 -seater sofa out of my old house AND into the new flat without having to take the doors off (unlike the movers who moved me into my old place) ... particularly with taking it apart and putting it back together to get through the too-narrow doorway to the new lounge (I was prepared to leave it behind and/or taken to the local dump in Scotland). Intercity's customer service was fantastic from my initial enquiry through the booking and subsequent follow-ups. Everyone at Intercity made what was a really stressful situation for me a lot less problematic. I highly recommend them. If they ever branch out to Scotland, I would happily use them again for my next move.

The removal team were helpful and efficient. They carried out both the removal of furniture from the old property and delivery to the new property in a timely fashion and were helpful and polite throughout.

I was greatly impressed by your removal team, the speed and efficiency with which they worked, and also the great care they took to wrap and protect our precious framed pictures and antique items. Very congenial and good natured people. In a very few hours they had packed all the stuff, transported it a hundred and fifty odd miles, thoughtfully fitted it into the new house and gone on their way, leaving us happy to have known them.
The team we dealt with on the phone were fabulous too - polite, friendly, really expert and they gave us a great deal of confidence at what was a very stressful time.

I would highly recommend Intercity Removals. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were very professional from the initial contact through to the time the team left when they had finished. I wasn’t moving far and already had access to my new home so didn’t have the time pressure that could have been there but Nick, Viorel and Adam worked quickly and the removal was completed in a matter of hours. Furniture was dismantled and reassembled as necessary and large fragile objects were bubble wrapped and handled with care. Nothing was damaged during the move.

The team arrived at the specified time and were friendly, having the time to chat to me as they worked. Items were boxed as necessary and unloaded to the locations requested.

Intercity removals looked after us from day one. Our move was not a straightforward one and was from Wales to Cornwall. Claire helped every step of the way and kept us calm and sane! The guys that helped us move on the day were professional and had the upmost respect for our belongings and overcome all challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

Our initial removal went fine into storage. Communication was irregular, disjointed but friendly. However the move from storage (after 2 long years) to our new home 200 miles away was done initially ok but they had left some items behind (we had to tell them)! However rather than admit, it was excuses after excuses. Then no contact for 2 weeks except for when I rang to chase up what was happening to my stuff. Then lastly it was delivered with only 1 1/2 hours notice meaning a total change of our plans, leaving work, massively inconvenient and total chaos. Any apology or the suggested flowers for the inconvenience (it fitted in with another trip they had on so not really any additional cost to them as we’re 5 minutes from the motorway)? Nope, just silence as usual. So they’re ok as long as there’s no problems but then they don’t speak to you!
UPDATE: Thanks Grace for your response. However you state you wish there was something you could have done to make up for the poor customer service at the end. Well, at the time, Id already suggested that a bunch of flowers wouldnt have gone amiss as way of apology but they never arrived and Ive never heard from you since so again it would appear that your company really doesnt care about how its customers feel as long as youve had our money, which I paid religiously for 26 long months and I expected better frankly. Im sadly disappointed.

Having had very little notice for our completion date, Intercity Removals made everything happen with ease. Grace took my initial request and put my mind at ease that the date in question was possible. That was followed by an easy to do house assessment with Ciprian using a video call followed by a prompt and extremely competitive quote.
The team who moved us, Florin, Stuart, Mihai and Stefan were extremely professional, friendly and patient. They did a great job for which I am very grateful. Claire answered all my questions before the move with perfect clarity and kept in touch throughout the move ensuring it ran smoothly. Very friendly and professional support.
I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. While I certainly do not plan on moving again anytime some, I would happily use them in the future.

Excellent customer service. Moved with intercity removals on a very stressful day. Grace and the team at intercity pulled it out the bag and our move went very smoothly. Have alot of experience in removals and this company went beyond to ensure the move went as planned. The guys on the van were very careful and helpful on a very hot day dismantling and reassembling difficult items. 10/10..... would give 11 if possible.

This was my first move in the UK. The whole process of moving was very efficient and stress-free. Grace from the Intercity office was in touch the whole time (even weeks before moving) and was very friendly and responsive to my queries/requests.

On the day of the move, Ioan & Elisei were very much in charge, were very friendly and handled the move really well.

Overall, the entire team helped make the move much simple than what I had imagined. I would use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service from both Grace and Ciprian in the office walking us through as we have never used a removals company before. Grace even drove out herself to drop off some extra boxes after we underestimated.

This company understands customer service. From the initial contact, the home visit, finalising the move with the office staff and then the move itself, I couldn't fault anyone or anything. And on the day of the move Mihai and George just took charge, took great care of everything, and made the move alot less stressful. Excellent work guys.

We were finally able to move into our empty property during covid19 but needed a removal company we could trust. Grace in the office was most helpful booking us in and reassuring us of the safe processes for getting us moved. On the day we had Marius, Robert, Ciprian & John. Absolutely fantastic guys, they were really friendly and worked like troopers moving our furniture and boxes. They wrapped the TV really well in bubble wrap and we felt reassured that all our belongings were in safe hands.

I would 100% recommend these guys and really appreciate the great job they did in moving us home!
