Intel Arvostelua 

I bought a deluxe queen mattress from Intel That specifically says on the box that it will not sag in the middle. I am went from Wisconsin to Louisiana and Texas on a 3 week camping trip. I gave the mattress 10 days to stay inflated. I figured first three days might deflate a little bit from stretching.I The mattress never did stay inflated throughout the night usually around 2 AM and then definitely at 6 AM when I woke up, I would have to re-inflate The mattress. So I went out and bought a twin size intel mattress to use for the rest of my trip that didn’t stay inflated either. So after about four days that I went out and bought a Coleman mattress which I use for the last 12 days of my trip and it worked perfectly firmly inflated. Now I returned home and I tried to go get my $75 back but I can’t get a refund or a store credit they will only exchange it for another one of their crappy mattress. DONT buy Intel air mattresses, unless you like sleeping on the ground!

Ich habe vor knapp 4 Jahren einen NUC gekauft. Lüfter in der Garantiezeit defekt, wurde von Intel anstandslos getauscht. Jetzt nach knapp zwei Jahren beim Folgegerät genau das selbe Problem, nur hat seit Anfang des Jahres ASUS den Support für Intel übernommen. Über die Websites von ASUS ist keine Geräteeingabe möglich und wochenlanger Schriftverkehr mit ASUS hat keine Lösung ergeben. Mittlerwile unterstelle ich Absicht. Habe heute das Reklamationsverfahren eingestellt, da es mich schon über 10 Stunden gekostet hat. So lange ASUS den Support macht kaufe ich nichts mehr von Intel.

Apart form that, I really like all the power in PC's that are powered by core i7 and i9 series basically. Very impressive robustness, those computers can do some heavy lifting!

in essence, they have cemented their status along with their competitors like AMD. and they are helping make world a more technologically advanced place day by day.

2 settimane di rogne con il supporto clienti peggiori di un interrogatorio dove cercano in tutti i modi di trovare falle nella tua spiegazione (specifico che non esiste più il supporto clienti in italiano), per poi trovare la scusa che se il nome della fattura non combacia tanti saluti. Non aspettatevi che onoroni alcun tipo di garanzia sui vostri prodotti.

Die Questa-Tools sind der wahre Albtraum. Teilweise muss man die Tools selbstständig modifizieren, damit es überhaupt richtig funktioniert. Und wenn es dann funktioniert, verlangt es Lizenzen, die für die genutzte Funktion gar nicht erforderlich wären. Für einen Milliarden-Konzern wie Intel ist es erbärmlich so eine unintuitive, teils fehlerhafte Software auf die Nutzer loszulassen und dann auch noch kostenpflichtige Versionen davon anzubieten. Das erlangen der Lizenz über Self-Licensing ist ebenfalls katastrophal gelöst. Schämt Euch!

I love the way they release really new processor quite frequently. They don't produce for the market, you know to report that they have introduced something brand new, but they really crete brand new things for different tasks. You can find fresh, cheap new processor for daily gaming, as well as you can buy expensive ones for more difficult tasks. A very versatile company at its core.

Extremely unprofessional experience with Intel's warranty. I can't imagine one of the biggest companies with a >200B$ Valuation has such poor processes.
They ask for personal information over a plain email, and then ask for credit card numbers over a phone call. It's 2023, this can all be done digitally. It just wastes time. As other reviews have said as well, too much information they asked for. I think it took 3 months from when we started to actually getting the cross ship started.

Sad to see this company take economical advantage of genocide.

Eventually i got my waranty taken care of but man, did they make it so hard...Endless questions, serial numbers,dates,amounts,vendors...I had to find it all when an technologically advanced company knows who and when they sold it too yet they made it so hard since i purchased from a vendor as a guest and had to look for it thoroughly in my banking statements. a company like apple could have found that all out simply by your serial number so i honestly think they just make it hard so they dont have to own up to their warranty. the most expensive processor ever and lasted not even one year! this process took nearly a week after endless questions and pictures and repeated questions. thw employees i dealt with were pleasant and answered promptly, its just the whole return process!

intel provides good products, but te price is usually higher than other companies for the same performance and support

Don't buy one of their computers. As soon as they decided to make your model discontinued, they'll stop giving you even basic troubleshooting support.

They have firmly made their choice to be part of the eWaste and planned obsolescence community.

I have a Freeview box that's 2 decades old, and the copy still gives me troubleshooting support. They even replaced it 7 years ago for a like for like, for free. Be like that company. Intel won't even tell me why their 1gb ethernet driver didn't allow me to use my 1 gbps ethernet broadband. What a joke

The most useless compny in the world! When you buying a laptop, you can't choose what hardware do you want, it's preinstalled. In other case I will never opt for something made by this company. Even microsoft making drivers better then themselves for their own product! The support is same...

I can't believe this company has donated money to only Johnstown schools what about Northridge??? We kill ourselves raising money for this ran down school all we do is try.Did you forget Northridge is also in Johnstown???? This kids have old outdated sports equipment nothing is new Johnstown does great gets help what about the ran down schools??? Come on be fair have A heart or soul anything helps!!!!!

i bought the intel arc a770 16gb gpu

it had a hardware defect and the product got recalled - intel have not publicised this very well, at all

anyway, they were unable to provide a life for like replacement because they discontinued the product after a few months only, which i believe is partially due to the fact that the device had hardware defects during the manufacturing process that allow a users system to potentially be compromised

so, i now have an nvidia card because the one time i chose to give intel a chance, they didnt get it right

i wont be making the mistake of using intel again, for anything

Still the best processors.
My work is related to the repair of computer equipment and Intel processors are still the best processors in the world. I'm giving it four stars because I don't agree with the company policy on everything.

Depuis le 25 décembre je rencontre un problème avec leur carte graphique Intel arc a 770 , j'ai ouvert un dossier pour la prise sous garantie. J'attends toujours leur appel ....
Service client déplorable 1h45 au téléphone en attente avant que l'on me raccroche au nez.

Won a $1500 laptop on a giveaway but it was never sent. Intel says it’s their partners responsibility. They take your data for fake prizes. It has been 4 months now and I have spoken to all their customer service channels. Beware of Intel!

I really love intel products they are good and awesome, they are good.
