Inspiranza Designs Arvostelua 

I pre-ordered 3 tough love bracelets and when they finally arrived i was in love with them! unfortunately is less than 3o days 1 broke. I contacted customer service in which they replaced my broken item. Then a week or so later another broke and again I was given a replacement item. Unfortunately, even the replacements broke. All broke in the same areas on the bracelet, around the clasp. The 3rd bracelet that I purchased broke and it was about 2 months after receiving my purchase. I purchased 3 so that me and my 2 daughters would have a special item to wear but its been a big disappointment.

Terrible customer service I bought something and one minute later realized did not add the discount so emailed 2 minutes later to cancel with refund. I would have reordered with discount but no they said no cancellation so I have to wait until received to return aweful could have had the sale with discount applied but will take my business elsewhere

$70 bracelet hooked on chic will not stay clasped. No word back from Inspiranza 😡

I have been buying jewelry for my daughters for a few years now, especially around Christmas. They love the designs and I know they look forward to getting them. The prices are fair especially considering the great selection of very unique designs and great quality. Keep your eye out for sales around the holidays. Shipping is super fast, always arriving on time. Customer service is superb - very responsive and exchanges are quick and easy. Great company all the way around.
