Insignia Ltd Arvostelua

Helpful and prompt support and advice.

We have used Insigniauk for several years and have always found them to give very good service with good quality. we recommend.

Insignia supplied excellent quality metal and embroidered badges at good prices.
They did a great job in modifying our art work and delivered the finished products
ahead of schedule. We will certainly use them again

I have just been in touch with Insignia to get some personalised goods. I have to tell you that they were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble for the salesperson. They sent quick replies to all my queries and kept on sending me proofs to look at. Any amendment was quickly sorted without any trouble. The sale was not sealed until you were happy with the goods. You really should give them a try and pass the word to Sue who was looking for gifts for her work contacts. I will be using them again that's for sure!

Order arrived several days before requested dead line. I was updated during the order with progress, even when my point of contact was not available. Definitely use the company again for future events and show merchandise.

The dealings I have had with Insignia UK, have been faultless. The attitude of the staff gives you a feeling that your order matters to them and they strive to give you the best possible service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I have used Insignia to provide marketing materials for the organisation for which I work for a number of years. I have been fortunate that the lady that I deal with has worked for Insignia for virtually the whole time that I have been using them, so I am always dealing with the same person which makes life much easier because she knows what we've had in the past. We find Insignia's prices very good and the materials provided always look good. Insignia know their stuff which is great as they can recommend the best items for our purposes to us. Only once did I ever have a problem with materials provided, which was very recently, and I think this really boiled down to a misunderstanding between Insignia and the factory. However Insignia were very helpful and we received a 25% discount. Despite this slight 'wobble' I would still happily recommend Insignia to anyone and still fully intend to use Insignia to provide my organisation's marketing materials.

The service was quick and efficient and kept to deadlines

Insignia have provided several branded promotional items for us. I have found them to be very reactikve to our needs, shopping around for the best prices for us and producing high quality goods.

Been dealing with Insignia regularly for over 6 years and had no real cause to complain about anything

The young people who helped raise the money for the glow in the dark wristbands were very happy with them. The service was faultless and we would use Insignia again.

Easy, fast service makes ordering from Insignia hassle free.

Very helpful and efficent service, items delivery very promptly

Always helpful, fast and efficient. One of the best suppliers we have out of the 100 or so different companies we deal with on a regular basis.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service from helpful staff with huge range of quality products to sell.

After much discussion as to how the finished article was to look like from sent diagrams, we were not disaapointed with the results.. Excellent service and quick delivery . Will be ordering other items without hesitation

Quick service and happy with the goods but two of the batches were sent to the wrong address, I did contact yo0u to let you know one batch had been sent to the worng place yet the second batch was sent to the wrong place again.

i would recommend insignia as they have always transfered my ideas into reality, the quality of the items i have received has been very good and those who have recieved them from me have been very inpressed

It is such a pleasure in this climate to deal with a company that does exactly what is says on the tin, we have dealt with several companies in the past weeks, as we are organising a promotional drive and have not been very impressed with feed back or speed with which our requests have been dealt with, but dealing with Isignia has been very impressive especially the speed with which our order was delivered and the quality of the product ordered, a full 10 out of 10 from us.

Ordered some jubilee mugs for the whole school at a reasonable cost. Had to keep checking on delivery as they did not arrive as scheduled. When they finally arrived just before the event there were lots of damaged items and I mean totally smashed up! They were replaced after several telephone calls. Lovely staff manning the phones. Need to change their delivery transporter.
