If you have mobility issues avoid this hotel like the plague…
My experience relates to my room at The Miller and Carter in Brighton and how innkeepers don’t pass important messages to their venues.
Don’t book a room here if you have a disability or mobility issues. They divert you to Booking.com to book room. They then don’t receive the messages you send because apparently the headoffice Innkeepers don’t pass them on. Tried ringing but no success. I arrived to be told it was on the 3rd floor. There wasn’t a rail on the right side and when I got to room there were steps down into room and up into bathroom. Biggest waste of money and worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Any mobility or disability give this hotel a wide berth as there is no lift
