Great Service
Recently, I had an issue with one of my genuine HP ink cartridges. Liaising with the staff, I found them to be friendly, responsive, and professional! Subsequently, the faulty cartridge was replaced without issue.
Thank you to the team at Ink Spot!

Hassle Free Shopping
Inkspot received my order due to frustrations associated with a competitor's online shop. Your shop was hassle-free.

A good deal
The lady on the phone was very helpful and gave me a good deal. My disappointment was that for some reason I had to go to the Post Office and collect the parcel, where before it used to be delivered to my front door, and that is where I would like any future deliveries to be left.

Unhappy with post sale service
I made an online purchase. The wrong cartridges were sent. This may have been my mistake but I am unsure. Over 48 hours I have attempted to contact someone to discuss the issue by telephone and through the chat assist function but I have been unsuccessful being informed they are too busy. I need to speak to someone to discuss my options.
I am now unavailable for the next week and would have liked to resolve the issue sooner
