Efficient, reliable, and fast!

As always, Inkspot got us sorted. Mike was amazing - efficient, reliable, and did exactly what he said he’d do... and fast. I’d run out of ink much sooner than expected only to realise my replacement cartridge was for our old printer. Classic me! Mike called me back when I left a message, jumped right into solution-mode, processed the order, and the new ink arrived the very next day. Perfect service.

Inkspot is a company with wonderful products and services. I recently purchased some cartridges and when I tried to apply the discount code it didn’t work. One quick email and the next day the discount was applied for me. Their customer service is number one.

Excellent customer service

Due to public holidays in another state, my order was delayed and I had to follow up. The service and response was excellent and I received credit towards a future purchase.

Please send the cartridges I've paid for!

Selena was always fantastically helpful.
But my last order that I paid for by phone, after Selena had gone on leave or left, for two colour and two black cartridges still has not arrived.
I'm not sure of the date, about ten days ago.
Please could you send them asap?

Great service ... great ink.

I have installed the ink in my Canon printer and it works just as well as the originals.
Usually Canon printers will not accept or print properly with other inks.
The price was fantastic and I will be buying from them again.
