All of my many orders have been promptly and accurately delivered. Service is excellent. Price is much cheaper than original cartridges. Quality of the cartridges and of the ink is every bit as good as the original. Ink Depot is the only place to buy replacement cartridges.

The Ink Depot can offer you very competitive prices for your printer's ink. Sadly too often you buy your printer you are disappointed (or feel ripped-off) by the price of ink.
Now you can fight back by ordering your ink from the Ink Deport. Great prices, even on genuine manufacturers supplies and overnight delivery on most orders.

I have been using Ink Depot for several years after using a local ink refill store, which caused problems with my printer. I only purchased Genuine refills, but have recently tried the Generic products with excellent results. The pricing is the best I have found and delivery is usually very quick. Recently the goods have been left at the local post office instead of delivering to my door, which is not as good as originally. The web sit is excellent as you select your printer and it lists all the options available. It is usually cheaper to select individual needs rather than buy bundles. I have recommended Ink Depot to many people. I like the regular discount offers as this saves even more, as I always spend over $100 to receive free freight. I can't comment on after sales service, as I have never needed to complain.

I always order my HP printer cartridges from Ink Depot and am always amazed at how quickly they are delivered - I order them at night and they are delivered the next day! Re-ordering is easy as your previous orders are saved once you register with their website. You can earn points when you buy that help reduce the cost of your next purchase. They also occasionally email you with a 5-10% discount for a limited period. I have no hesitation in recommending Ink Depot.

I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR A FEW YEARS NOW - I PROBABLY SELECTED THEM ON THE BASIS OF PRICE -I'M NOT A GREAT CUSTOMER AS I'M NOT A GREAT USER OF INKS. MONTHS CAN GO BY WITHOUT ME HAVING TO ORDER. THEY'VE KEPT ME ON THE MAILING LIST AND I HAVE NO DESIRE OF COMPARING PRICES - THE SERVICE IS FAULTLESS.

I have used Ink Depot for quite a number of years now, I do not purchase original cartridge inks for my printer, only the compatible cartridge and have not encountered any problems at this point in time. Their prices are very reasonable, service is fast and the product works for me, and I will continue to use them.

Was recommended & I've always found it easy to order & the ink arrives quickly.

I purchased a package of inks for my Canon MP970 printer. These were delivered very promptly and the order was well-packaged. The cartridges are not Canon original items but a cheaper substitute under the Qimage label. I have now put 3 colours and 1 black cartridge in the machine and none of them operate correctly. The black cartridge does not print at all. It's embarrassing as I use this printer to print papers for clients of my business. All I can do is remove them and replace them with Canon items. I will likely return these items and I will not be ordering them again.

Ordered Sunday, arrive after 5pm Thursday. Fastway Couriers took to long (4 whole days) to deliver, and parcel had extensive damage on arrival - time to look for another courier company, I would suggest.
