My first experience with InkDepot was extremely disappointing.
I tried to buy an item using its website and all the attempts I did to pay using different Credit Cards were denied. Then, I phoned them and after I explained what was happening I was told that the denial reason was because all the credit cards that I used were issued overseas, not in Australia.
Confirming that I actually had no Australian credit card, I was told that this was for security reasons (!!!).
Without being able to acquire the product from them I searched for another supplier, and I could purchase using one of the so called “unsecure” credit card and fortunately for a lower price than the one offered by InkDepot.
Well, what was a simple unsuccessful experience, became a big disgusting surprise when later I saw that my credit card statement from the foreign bank was displaying that InkDepot had charged me for the product which purchase had been denied and had not been sent to me! So, I had to contact the bank and said that it was an unrecognized fraudulent attempt of charging me.
So, be careful with InkDepot system! Your purchase can be denied for security reasons but your credit card can be fraudulently charged.
And they are insisting to send e-mails with their newsletter for someone who according to their requirements has no secure credit cards to purchase from them.
Why have I keep receiving those annoying newsletters from a fraudulent system? That’s why I have just unsubscribed any correspondence from InkDepot. I hope that both of us have peace of mind from now on.

We've always had our orders delivered within 2 or 3 days - we are in outer suburban Melbourne.
We've always received what we ordered - we have a HP Inkjet requiring 4 seperate colour cartridges.
Prices are good and often less than retail stores and competitive with other online stores.

I purchased Canon Ink Jet cartridges for a MG4160. These were the high volume ones and arrived in excellent time - well done. I have yet to use them as I have still some cartridges that came with the unit. Once I use them I can update you on the quality of the cartridges. Many thanks again.
