Great Products
Excellent quality of your products, brand new, and the appearance is great, and great value for the money. The delivery service was excellent 10/10. 1 will definitely be buying from you again.

First time buying since the take over
First time buying since the take over. As suspected it's going down hill.
Bought multiple mistory boxes before take over on this was the first since take over and very disappointed with it.
Previous boxes were always new unreleased products. This first box just same old products.
You can tell people aren't that happy with the boxes as these used to be sold out in hours. Been out for over a week now and still not sold out.
Think from now on I will be watching the unboxing video of the mystery box before purchasing which I know defeets the object of the mystery box but rather that than waste money on something that isn't new

Delivery error
My order did not get delivered due to the delivery company error, contacted Infinity Wax, they immediately sent a new order on priority, which I received the next day.

Great service/ product
Great service, rapid dispatch and superb communication. Highly recommended, unfortunately straight after application it rained. Water has run off my car and the dirt has not stuck to it so far. Thank you.

Decent delivery time but the mystery…
Decent delivery time but the mystery box felt very underwhelming compared with past efforts, adding a smell to a product and a new label doesn’t really cut it.

Never have products in stock
Infinity Wax never have the products I require in stock however you can find them other retailers at inflated prices which essentially nullifies their trade discount I’ve been trying for months to purchase the two year ceramic wax and it’s always out of stock so I’m forced to pay extra

the products are fantastic
the products are fantastic, been using them for a while now, speedy service and always well packed , was not sure if the great service would carry on after take over but so far so good, hopefully this continues thanks again

Seems ok on first use.
Arrived well packaged although the sealant bottle lid was slightly loose so some spillage into the bag. Wax was easy to apply, seemed to work well in the rain immediately after applying.
Not had a chance to use sealant yet.

Wet gloss hydrophobic treatment
Ordering and delivery easy and fast. Product is easy to use and gives amazing gloss and hydrophobic coating to my car. Very pleased.
