Infinity Motors Arvostelua

Went to look at a Honda with my husband. The salesman was really useful. He was quite new so had someone help him every now and then with our questions. They said the car had no service history passed onto them but after they had done some research they found it had partial history. They promised a 106 point check along with a fresh MOT and service. The test drive went well and we could see no obvious issues. We got a good deal with a part exchange and we collected the following day.

On collection, the sales team were friendly and approachable. They highly encouraged my husband to leave a 5* review before leaving, as the salesman with the most amount of 5* reviews gets a paid day off. My husband didn't leave a review.

On leaving in the new car, we thought we heard a noise when we broke. We figured it might have been because it was stationary for a while so gave it a good drive down the M4. The car clunked everytime we broke at low speed.

After having an independent RAC mechanic come and review the car, it was deemed unsafe and unsatisfactory. We then contacted Infinity Motors formally rejecting the car.

It took almost a month for Infinity Motors to accept the car back and to give a refund. This was given once we had informed them a letter before action and a final warning. They finally gave back the full refund a week after promising it would be in our banks.

I would avoid this company, the 5* reviews are great for the sales team but the after care is appalling and the reviews don't reflect the company as it actually is.

I had a really pleasant and stress-free experience with this company from start to finish.
The first thing that made me consider buying from them was the fact that the car came with a full HPI check. Unlike other cars I had viewed, where I had to do my own checks because no information was provided, everything was transparent from the beginning, which gave me confidence.
The whole team communicated really well. No matter who I spoke to, everyone was up to date, so I never had to repeat myself or explain the whole situation again. That made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.

A special thanks to Adam here. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to go through everything about the car. At no point he did not put pressure into making a decision, which is something you often experience when viewing and test-driving cars.
From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and supportive. He assisted me with all the phone calls, guided me through the paperwork, and made sure everything was completed correctly. Since I signed all the documents online and had the car delivered rather than collecting it in person, there were quite a few things to organise. Adam kept in touch throughout the process, making sure everything was going smoothly and checking that I was happy every step of the way. I never felt like just another customer.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a straightforward, honest, and professional car-buying experience. Thank you again!

This is a very trustworthy company Tom was the salesman that gave great advice & knowledge on the car I purchased, I highly recommend this company for great quality used cars

Very helpful , excellent service

Shawn was amazing. Extremely attentive and clear on instructions. Buying a first car couldn’t be easier!

We bought our car from abroad and the whole process was seamless and easy. The driver who dropped the car off deserves his own recognition, he was a superstar! Highly recommend!

Jordan was really helpful and informative! Made everything very easy process!

Jordan was a very lovely salesman

Dev was great

Dev was extremely helpful with selling me my car. He made the experience smooth running, hasel free and enjoyable! Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing dealership. Dev helped me through buying a w204 c220, he was happy to help with any questions and didn't pressure me at all. Infinity motors go above and beyond with a car prep before hand to make sure you receive a fully working car. Its much much more than a service allowing the car to pass a flawless MOT and for a couple of hundred quid I think its great. Thanks again to Dev and the team I will be coming back in the future!

Dev has made our car buying service as smooth as possible! Definitely the best customer service we have received from a car garage. He called us to keep us updated with the entire process, and was kind and professional face to face. Would really recommend if looking to buy or sell a car!

I’ve had a great experience purchasing a car from Infinity Motors. Jordan’s been a very helpful throughout the whole process very reliable and easy to contract.

Shawn Pirez is our sales person .
We found this gentleman very helpful despite our initial dream car is not what we wanted when we arrived .
We ask for a similar car and it was more suitable for our needs .
No sales pressure from him but he did explained all the available options for the after sales service .
We found him to be very knowledgeable about cars and very helpful.

Dev was a really helpful person when we decided to purchase a new car from Infinity from the start of the process to taking the car away. Would definitely recommend the company, well worth a visit to them, a very large selection of cars to view.

Very pleasant team when buying a car but the after customer service is very poor.
Sales team did not complete dvla paperwork as they advised until 21 days after following me having to make several phone calls

Required to speak to a manager but :wasn't available " still.waitinh after 2 fully working days.

Professional con service , as we was advised we Will receive £100 back again still waiting for this

I would not recommend this company to anyone

I would honestly and highly recommend Infinity Motors to anyone. Jordan and the team made the process of purchasing my new car effortless and seamless. I am extremely happy with the service and very happy with my new car.
Thanks again!

Customer service after sales are diabolical. Say they have tried calling when they haven't. Issues with the car are not being resolved in a time scale am happy with. As they say they are too busy. Have actually told them am refusing the car under my consumer rights.. This they have also refused. Now waiting to see what they suggest next. But am not amending this until a satisfactory outcome has been made.. Amendment... Have rejected the car due to lack of contact from garage to sort out the problems with it. Buyers please be aware. They are happy to sell you a car but after sales are a nightmare... Bunch of cowboys

Tom was a great help in us choosing a car thanks for your support will use again

I reached out to infinity motors after spotting a car online that I really liked the look of. I was worried that I’d loose out on the car as I wasn’t able to view until the weekend. I spoke to Shawn Pires who arranged me reserving the car (fully refundable should I have changed my mind). Viewed at the weekend and LOVED it. Shawn was very knowledgeable and ensured my concerns were addressed before I arranged to collect. All the team are fantastic, they’re a friendly bunch, not pushy and genuinely care. Special shout out to Shawn though, thank you!!
