Excellent service.
I recently bought a used Jaguar from them which was shipped up from their Leeds branch on a transporter. There were one or two minor issues discovered which they repaired quickly, free of charge and without fuss. They also provided a courtesy car which was greatly appreciated.
I dealt with Sean Hanlon who is an absolute gentleman, courteous and professional with nothing being too much trouble. Excellent communication and a nice showroom as well, I almost had second thoughts about my purchase when looking at some of the Infiniti Q50 and Q70 cars!
I would have no hesitation recommending Infiniti Glasgow.

Second INFINTI i have purchased Q60, amazing cars, amazing service.
INFINTI compared to mercedes and audi is streets ahead of both.
i have had mercedes S class and Audi S4 both purchased new and INFINTI wins hands down on service and cars.

We had to wait in the garage for a full day for the tax to be sorted. It didn’t get sorted so we had to travel home without our new car. Garage kept blaming DVLA but it was Infinity HQ who simply were not dealing with matters. We missed a whole day of business meeting & still didn’t have our car. Our journey took 2 hrs round trip. Everyone very pleasant but that didn’t make up for the wasted time, journey & effort. Since tried to speak to someone 4 times but not available, working away from office etc car not even functioning right -

Beware of this dealer
Due to the distance involved I purchased a second hand car without having seen it.
As it turned out there were numerous small faults with the vehicle, it has not had one of the services carried out that are required due to it's age, and there were some issues with the bodywork. I guess the lack of servicing is a good indication that the car was never very well looked after and I feel that the dealer used me not being local as a good chance to hide this fact.
It's been a good lesson to never take even a main dealer at their word.
