Service client déplorable
Le service client, c’est une catastrophe.
J’ai renvoyé deux flacons car les couleurs ne me convenaient pas. Mon colis a été reçu par leurs services depuis maintenant 14 jours et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée. On me répète simplement que le traitement est « en cours » et que cela peut prendre jusqu’à 20 jours, ce qui est totalement inadmissible en 2026.
C’est la première fois que je vois un service client aussi lent et inefficace pour un simple retour. Aucune solution concrète, aucune date de remboursement, seulement des réponses automatiques.
C’est très décevant car les produits sont bons, mais le service client est totalement incompétent.
Je pense sérieusement à changer de fournisseur

Shipment arrived sooner than expected, the products were recommended by a professional, so I have high expectations to the quality 😊 Have tried another brand (nailster) that I absolutely don’t like.

Only they care is sold product but not a unhappy customer.
I am doing my own nails so I am not a professional.. recently I made a expensive order from Indigo Nails also it was a first purchase from that company and my last in that case.
I got also a builder gel which is not drying I wrote to the company for help to exchange the product or to return in they refused.
So I am left with a expensive product which I can throw to the bin.

Unbelievable nail polish brand as well as their builder gel. It is highly pigmented it does not chip. The only complaint that I have is that the bottles are kind of flimsy.

Wonderful products but their mobile page takes ages to load and works SUPER slow. This needs to be fixed. Also, it says your shipping is free over 45 pounds but that's not the case.

Very happy with my purchased! I had small problem with order but customer service help quite quickly so I can recommend.

I’ve recently purchased several items from the company, new customer and I’ve purchased based on a product used in our nail shop, however the argan oil spray bottles are faulty and cannot be used.

I’ve disputed this with the company and they are refusing to refund or replace the product as it has been used.... that’s the point? It’s impossible to tell it is faulty unless you use it??

Dispute opened with PayPal for a refund and I won’t be using again.

I agree with all the negative comments. Customer service is lying. They say the item was sent out but it wasn’t. I placed an order 10 days ago and still hasn’t been sent out!

So so so happy with my order.
I ordered two nail glitters. ‘Cinderella’ and ‘Snow White’
These glitters are absolutely stunning. The delivery was SO fast too!

-> Goods were not dispatched within promised timescale.
-> Tracking information was not provided, despite fact that held all required details (Delivery courier confirmed that contact details were not provided by seller, but seller lying to buyer trying to protect himself).
-> No reply to any messages sent via their home page.
-> Seller ignored all delivery notes.
-> Not answering when trying to contact via phone.

Be aware!!! Seller does not care about customer!!!
