Indigo - I see no point in hiring through anyone else

I’ve really appreciated the effort that Indigo goes to to create the best options from the outset and also is in full support when changes are needed. All of this happening through real people interacting in real time.

I’ve worked with Cherie in the last 24 hours to modify a booking. It’s been an exceptional experience to have Cherie making sure the changes go through accurately and with minimum hassle and added costs.
Quite simply I recommend Indigo ahead of any other direct option or broker.

5 stars, well earned.

I always keep coming back here

I always keep coming back here, honestly hassle free and always polite, understanding and overall just always a good time, every time been a pleasant experience, multiple locations and even different countries, always there to help me, especially since I did not have a year on my license they are always happy to help, and this time I had a wonderful interaction with Sam Dobronics, great help.

Only The Best Will Do

I have been renting cars from Indigo Car Hire for several years. The Representatives are very Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous. They take the time to ensure their customers are looked after and completely satisfied. Every detail is covered before you collect your Hire Car. I highly recommend Indigo Car Hire. You won't be disappointed!

Outstanding Customer Service

I rented a car through Indigo Car Hire for a trip to Scotland, with the rental provided by Avis.

Everything went smoothly until Avis unexpectedly charged me an additional £52 after the rental, without any explanation or prior notice.

While Avis was completely unresponsive, a wonderful person named Matt Carter from Indigo Car Hire went above and beyond to help. He contacted Avis on my behalf and, after a month of persistent follow-up, successfully secured a refund for the incorrect charge.

Excellent customer service from Indigo Car Hire, especially Matt. Without his help, I doubt the issue would have been resolved!
