This car hire company is incredibly helpful & responsive in a very timely manner. I cannot speak highly enough of it & it would always be my first choice for car hire now. We book van and given £30 deposit , supplier dint give us and van and they refuse to give us refund back . They got £30 commission no matter we get van or not . Be careful .. if they ask deposit that’s it you lost your money , also they ask different deposit each time . Worse people never use again

Matt was incredibly quick and helpful, everything was explained and laid out very well making it an easy stress free process. Would absolutely recommend indigo car hire. I have tried to hire cars through many other services and have run into numerous problems including ridiculous fees and deposits. Indigo and Matt specifically were very helpful in getting me the exact car I need for a very fair price and deposit. Also the option of a debit card hire for Italy has been very helpful.

The problem I find when booking car hire is that I get into a vicious circle of looking for the best option, then checking the details, then looking for a better option, I can get 6 or 7 screens open and be totally confused and unable to make a choice by the end of it... Indigo stops that dead, I drop them an email with what I want and, boom, its done.

I have nothing but praise for the service I received. It was rapid, to the point and helpful. I am a totally satisfied customer.

Went out of their way to keep providing options when my dates changed, venue changed, car requirements changed. Excellent customer service, instant replies on WhatsApp; better rates than websites; low deposit to hold and low deposit when picking up. Cannot fault them! Would recommend them over any other hire car company for sure. Requirements are clearly outlined and they ask for less documentation than a lot of other places! Very impressed with the whole process - in particular the customer service.
