I missed my scholarship deadline due to their delay in shipping my documents on time, fie fie. Pathetic service by Indian Government, corrupt, inefficient and unreliable as always!!!

Very very bad service. For my speed post made they did not deliver the acknowledgement card..... When I went and asked they are telling post man don't have time so nowadays we don't deliver acknowledgement card we throw it in dustbins....

India post का बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद कि रक्षा बंधन 28 अगस्त को था और राखी 31 अगस्त को delivery किया , और मैंने 20 अगस्त को स्पीड पोस्ट किया था, तो इतना टॉप स्पीड से राखी पहुंचाने के लिए धन्यवाद आपका एहसान भूलने वाला नहीं है ।।😅😅😅
अब वो राखी अगले साल काम आएगी ।।🤣🤣🤣

India post give worst customer experience, they do not inform about message or call about any order. They never help customer with proper support, their delivery person are not good who does not deliver item and then order gets returned to sender without informing customer so that customer can pick themselves. They just say incorrect address, hence order doesn't get delivered. Some banks trust them for their services but this is not good. The banks which use Delhivery or blue dart are better, atleast they deliver without delays and inform when they came and also call when come to deliver, india post never call or message about delivery of any banking item. So I will never trust and recommend India post.

Worst speed post service ever, the parcel has not delivers in 10 day and at showing the same location for last 7 days till now. When India post will take the responsibility and improve their services to deliver the important parcels on time.
What is the use to deliver the parcel if it will reach after a festival.
India post let you improve your services too with increasing charges.

Speedpost so far not delivered to me. Do not use india post, avoid it unless dog bites you.

I had sent an important document to Bangalore from mysore on 05-08-26 . That to be a very prominent area kengeri satelite town. unfortunately till now it has not reached to the sent address. To delver a cover of distance 135 kms from mysore to Bangalore our india post has taken more than 48 hours. That to be as the document was important, i have sent through speed post by paying 55 rs. Really disappointed service. till now we are working as we are in 1950. please if you cannot deliver what it is promised, please do not accept the consignment in future and put your inefficiency to the customer.

I lost my valuable with India post. No support, no response of email. Verymuch bad experience.

I had a very bad experience with indian post .I am nurse I just slept after my night duty and the post man called I need atleast 5 minutes to wake up and go and he said his duty finishes at 4 and he needs to go. what is this attitude.if we nurses think it that way will it work
I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PEOPLE OF INDIAN POST

Lost my parcel worth 20000 it did not deliver to me. Delivery boy just showed some fake sign. After writing higher authority and running around for last one month no response at all. Very very bad service and they are keeping parcels and not Delivering.

WORST, CHEAP, CHEATING, LYING, WORTHLESS, GREEDY, FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID india post and their CARELESS and BOTHERLESS customercare.

It's VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, DISTURBING, BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT AND NEGLIGENT from Indiapost for not replying and taking any action against the postman who opened my main gate of my house when no one was avaliable and leaving it wide open without closing after leaving and plus throwing a slip below the steps of my staircase.

It all happened on Monday dated 16/03/26 there was a parcel from sbi and we were out to Mumbai since morning from 05:00 am for my eye surgery and when we were back by 06:00 pm(13 hrs. later), and SHOCKED to see my main of my house wide open with a small slip lying down near the steps. The postman from ghansoli post office visited my house time not known because no one was at home. But the visiting postman without anybody's permission he opened my main gate widely and threw the slip down steps.

Firstly I want to know who gave him the right oe permission or did he had the CALIBRE to open my main gate widely without closing back while leaving. This complain was raised to the indiapost customercare but all in vain, they are so CARELESS, BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT, DISGUSTING and SHAMELESS that there was no reply but even after raising the complaint they on their own have canceled my complaint without notifying me and from Thursday onwards they are giving only FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE AND FRAUD hopes that the parcel will be delivered in three working days but all in vain, already more than three days have passed but no sign of anybody.

This indiapost is not to be recommended for any parcel delivery because there is no resolution and reply from the DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS indiapost and their FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE AND FRAUD customercare because firstly there is no proper co-ordination in them plus no proper address of ghansoli post office plus phone number is not working and it is invalid. The idiot postman should have written the ghansoli post office number or proper address on the slip so that I could have contacted the post office but nothing of that sort.

Neverever TRUST OR BELIEVE indiapost for any parcel or courier services, even if we use it is our own risk to bear the loss for any if happens ahead.

As a client, my experience with Sunyta Global Ventures was not satisfactory. Communication was unclear and often delayed, which made it difficult to track progress. This review is for the "Gangajal" serivice that is offered by India Post. I ordered for the 4 bottles (250 ml) pack for the price of Rs.321 but the label on the bottle prices each bottle for Rs.30 only which means Rs.200 is for the courier services to Chennai from the North from where the "Gangajal" is being shipped. It took 12 days from the day of purchase for the product to reach me. The label was peeling off from all the bottles when I noticed that this label has been stuck to an already existing label. That is where my suspicion came true. The older label says that the bottle was packed in June 2022 which means the package is more than three years old. The plastic bottles had dents but luckily it wasn't cracked or broken. I believe and trust that the water is from the Holy Ganga but the age of the bottles may "turn off" buyers. Also India Post did not deliver it to my flat. I was called and told that it would be left with the security and that is how I collected it. I would recommend that you go with another online seller for both the freshness of the product and the time it takes to deliver it.

Update (12'th Nov, 2025) - I was able to get Darshana Gangajal (Shubhkart Gangajal pouch) from Swiggy's Instamart for Rs.35 for a 250 ml pouch. It is approved by the Govt. of Uttarakhand. Delivery was instant.

site is as slow as a snail, and most of the times, it won't it open up, it just says, service is unavailable.. awful experience
