We had booked Chardham yatra by helicopter with Indian Holiday pvt ltd. from 1Jun,24 to 06Jun,24. Tour was nicely organized . Good hotels were booked , location of the hotel were scenic . Itinerary was well organized . IHPL's tour coordinator Mr. Gangesh was very much helpful . All document like tour Itinerary details / Hotel voucher was provided in time .Given vehicles were good.Drivers were and polite and well behaved .
However , due to some mechanical problem of helicopter we were stuck at Guptkashi for one day.That day was wasted but next day they had timely arranged our trip to Badrinath and back to Dehradun in time. Darshan of Badrivishal at temple was life time experiance as we were allowed to sit before the idol of Badrivishal for about 10 minutes despite heavy crowd in the temple. Big thanks to IHPL and their team.

The travel arrangements between Jammu and Vaishno Mata were very well organised and arranged by IHPL. Timely and Accurate guidance was given. Executive Dhiraj Kumar was very co- operative, cordial and time to time interacted with me on the updates of travel arrangements. Excellent. Our Trip turned out to be a memorable one. However Accommodations at Katra and Bhawan could have been atleast one grade higher, which would have added a bit more to our comfort level. I would strongly recommend IHPL.

I have been traveling with Indian Holidays since 2010 and it is one of the most solid companies I know. Miss Dipali is a great consultant and Mr Parveen the best driver together with Sebastian as a guide. I can strongly recommend this Company for any trip to India!

Went for a trip to Guwahati, Shillong & Cherapunji with Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd for a 6N/7D trip. Though the trip was decided by us at a very short notice, our tour planner Sri Chandan Roy planned it very well for us. In fact, he went through number of iterations before giving us the final quote considering our choice and budget.
The hotels provided were excellent. To me Cafe Cherapunji stands out for its great ambience and hotel Lady Bird at Shillong for its facilities. The mutually agreed quote was executed in its letter & spirit. Once the full payment was made, no hidden costs were there.
As a tour manager, Chandan showed his class by keeping a tab on us and proactively dealing with issues where we [ 2 Sr. Citizens ] could get stuck up.
One point I must mention that the hotel Dynasty in Guwahati was quite good but the food bill charges did not commensurate with the quality. IHPL should take a note of this and act accordingly.

We had a private tour of the Golden Triangle and Shimla with this company. The programme was good and the guides excellent. The driver who was with us for all of the trip was superb, very helpful and in fact made the trip which is why I have given a score of four stars as opposed to three.
Shimla was a beautiful city but a big disappointment in that Monday was our day of site seeing and everything of interest was closed so make sure you miss Mondays. The following day we were due to travel on the Toy Train one of the main reasons we went to Shimla but it was cancelled because too few passengers had booked.
The hotels were variable in quality some were excellent but two were of poor quality and should not have been rated as four stars or used. It is the responsibility of the tour company to check quality. We asked to move from one hotel it was so uncomfortable.
The information provided before the tour was poor. We wanted to know the arrangements for the tour but nothing was clear. All that needed to be communicated was that the driver who met us at the airport would be with us throughout the trip and he would arrange the meetings with the guides.
We spent a small fortune on entrance fees and tips. It would have been helpful to have had some idea of the cost or have it included in the price we paid enough.
It would also have been helpful to have been given the driver's mobile number at the outset of the trip.
Overall it was an interesting experience but I would not use this company for any future holidays.

This is the second time we have booked a holiday through Indian Holidays Pvt Ltd and we were not disappointed.
Our plans have changed many times but Dipali was always happy to accommodate us and change things around for us.
Our guide in Varanassi - Dharam Rajpal was absolutely fantastic, he went out of his way to ensure we got the most out of our holiday, taking us off the beaten track and meeting the locals, nothing was too much trouble for him. This man should be the benchmark of every guide for Indian Holidays, he is an absolute legend, as were the drivers we had in Varanassi and in Delhi.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody booking a holiday to India, we will certainly use them again in the future.

It was a tour in India specially organized for us. The organization was excellent. The driver competent and kind.
I appreciate very much the support given by our tour organizer Mr Hashim Ali. Hi is very competent, proactive and always available. Our tour was a combination of two countries in a 18 days tour: we had two safaris in India and a visit of Sri Lanka. Everything was perfectly organized! I would recommend him without hesitation.

I took the Chardham yatra ex Delhi for 4 people with IHPL.

To be honest, I was very sceptical until the day of tour since I had never booked any tour with anyone without even seeing their office or person.

My interactions were with Gangesh who facilitated the entire itenerary and bookings for my family. He has been very kind and polite in organising the entire trip with me and also guiding on what all things i need to do apart from bookings.

Our driver Mr. Hunny Singh was waiting on the railway station to pick us up. The car he had was super clean and shiny and very comfortable to the least. Hunnyji was very friendly and made sure to show us all the places in between. His driving skills are superb.

I would love travelling with IHPL again in future.

Very good and professional arrangements right from our landing to Do Dham darsha.
Even a contingency stay for a night in Kedar was made due to bad weather.

As senior citizens ritualitic Hindus, Hashim Ali ji made our trip very pious and memorable. He arranged very thing we asked for - Darshan of Sthlala Devatha and Aavarna Devatha, Anna Daan in Ved Patshala Gurukul, Anna Daan to old and needy, Vastra Daan to old and needy, Gow Seva (Feeding corn and grass to Cow), Sthala Devatha Havan and Pooja, Tharpan to Guru and Pitru, Vanar Bhojan sevan (Feeding Monkeys) and so many more local rituals. We are so glad that every thing was very properly arranged and executed. When we felt in one place more money was being asked than we expected, Hashim got involved on a weekend and resolved it. He monitored our trip very closely in every location.

From Aug. 30 to Sept. 10th

We booked this vacation from Canada and had an absolutely wonderful travel experience with Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd. We did the Golden triangle. We were picked up from the airport and dropped off at the airport. The itineray was flexible and took care of all our requests. The stay was extremely comfortable and matched the expectations in the itinerary. Our driver was very professional, took care of small details like clean bathrooms while driving on the expressway. We will be using their services for our next vacation.
