Thank you for the 5 star.
Absolutely amazing Tall flame keeps for long and you don't need much of the biofuel. I got biofuel from them and really doesn't smell The addition of the pipe and fan really gets the illusion of a real one and got several compliments on it too

Thank you for the 5 star.
False flu is brilliant! Only thing I would say is that where the extender and end fits on isn’t a tight fit and we didn’t want to screw it on the wall as we want to be able to move it and didn’t want to ruin our wall paper. Looseness was easily resolved with a little resourcefulness. absolutely excellent product and we would highly recommend. Perfect for us
Great looking product well made and solidly built would recommend

Apologies we have not replied to your email. We have had terrible delays at Antwerp port.
I can see your flue was delivered on Friday 27th September.
Well made and really enhances the authenticity of the fire.

Hi Vikki thank you for the 5 star.
Unfortunately lost magnetism after first use, and not big enough to reach wall with heat distance requirements.
