This company are idiots; they obtain your information illegally without your authorization and then contact you to offer you things you didn't ask for.

They did a great job securing me a great new loan on my refinance of my vehicle. They got me the best rate in refinance me when nobody else would definitely use them again in the future and we’ll recommend them to anyone.

Not even one star this place is trash. They told me they could refinance my car and then they screwed me over. They ran my credit and then told me I have to pay $7000 to pay off my loan which is a trash. I hope these people get kicked in their face

Brandon and Lawrence made the process of refinancing my auto loan very simple. They were very communicative and were very direct when it came to signing the proper paperwork.

Got a call from iLending from Kristie on Feb 24 at around 4:30pm, she took all the info needed for a loan and for the co-signer. She said she should reach out back to us in about 2-3 days.
I submitted all the documents she asked using her link of Feb 25 at around 5pm.

It's been more than a week and she completely disappeared.

Called Kristie Mar 2, 3:55pm. She did not respond. Left Voicemail as well. Called Kristie Mar 3, 10:15am, Did not respond. Left Voicemail as well. The same day Sent email Mar 3 at 11am - she did not respond. Called Kristie Mar 4, 4:30pm. She didn’t not respond. Left Voicemail as well.

Called iLending Mar 4, 4:50pm. Someone answered the call and said he’d see if Kristie is available. He said she left a note for Kristie, so she should call me back once she is available.

Called Kristie Mar 5, 4:05pm. She did not respond.
Called iLending Mar 5, 4:08pm. Someone answered and said “I’ll leave her a note so she can reach out back to you".

Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend iLending.

This bank collects excessive amounts of information, wastes a lot of time, and works extremely slowly. In the end, all you get is an apology — nothing more. I do not recommend doing business with this bank. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What is the point of your apologies if you only make things more complicated for your clients

The company's customer service practices were excellent. Everything was explained in detail. All of my questiln were answered and I was treated with respect and courtesy. My car was refinanced without complications and with a rate I was satisfied with.
