Incorrect order sent have tried contacting the company no response will now be contacting my bank to get money back. Poor customer service please avoid at all cost.

Worst quality flowers . Wilting damaged and the quantity of flowers itself was less compared to the pictures that have been uploaded online. Don't order from here. Even after sending feedback. They offered me a 10 % discount voucher. They are stupid to think that I would order from here again. Please don't waste money by ordering their flowers. They are big time cheats

Worst place second tine around they lost my order abd had it marked as delivered and now not ready to deliver saying cannot do it. Tell8ng me lost in transit they want to deliver it tomorrow for a birthday which is today...first lied to me and when I asked flr answers saying lost In transit.

One other instance delivered the worst cake ever was hard luke q stone couldn't even cut it and refused to refund

I ordered flower for my friend, but got it in. very bad condition. when we send flowers to someone its with a emotion and gesture. But its so bad, like so disappointing and talking to customer care is a task here. I reported just after getting it delivered. But no action.Not a proper way available to communicate.

I ordered a photo frame from this company (Order #18844317) based on the product photos displayed on their website. The frame shown online looked premium and well-finished, but the product I received was completely different.

The finishing quality is poor, and the frame does not look like the one advertised. I paid ₹700 for it, but the quality feels more like a ₹200 product. It was very disappointing, especially considering the price.

I have contacted customer support and hope they will resolve the issue by providing a replacement that matches the advertised quality or offering a refund. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Tried IGP for first time and satisfied with good service . I ordered for cake and flowers both were good quality.

Very bad experience with IGP. order was supposed to be done by 9am-1pm but received at 6pm. And the delivery person asked extra 200 RS for delivery. The service received is very bad

I had a very disappointing experience with IGP. I ordered a Father's Day gift for my father, but they delivered the wrong product, completely ruining the occasion. Father's Day is a special event, and because of their mistake, my father did not receive the gift I had carefully chosen for him.
To make matters worse, despite raising the issue with their customer support, IGP has still not refunded my money. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has been extremely frustrating.
I expected much better from a company that specializes in gift deliveries. Delivering the wrong product and then failing to process a refund is unacceptable. I would not recommend IGP to anyone looking for reliable service, especially for important occasions.

I had placed an order for flowers and a cake for my daughter’s birthday. Before I completed the payment, I received a call from customer care team asking why the payment had not yet been made. During that call, I specifically clarified whether delivery was available to the destination address and whether it would be delivered before 10:00 PM. Representative confirmed that delivery was available and assured me that the order would reach before 10:00 PM. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the payment.
After placing the order, I repeatedly tried to track it through their website and mobile application, but no tracking information was available. I then contacted multiple customer support agents through chat. None of them could provide any information about the status of my order. Finally, one of the agents informed me that the order could not be delivered because our company does not provide delivery service to that area.
It is unacceptable.they have accepted my order and payment after confirming delivery availability, only to later state that delivery was not possible. This caused immense disappointment as the gifts were intended for my daughter’s birthday and became completely useless due to your failure.
The chat agent offered to cancel the order and credit the amount to your wallet. I clearly refused and requested a refund to my original payment method. Since then, I have only been informed that the matter has been escalated and that someone will contact me within 72 hours. I have also sent an email requesting cancellation and a refund, but I have received n response.

I placed the order for a bouquet to be delivered in the first half of the day.
But to my utter surprise, the bouquet was never delivered. The whole day passed and the delivery was not done. No message, no mail, no update from their end.
This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. It was meant to make somebody's day special. This is literally playing with people's emotions.
On chat, nobody helps.
This is unacceptable!!
IGP SUCKS

Fraud company, i ordered flowers for my sister house warming 4 days ago still not delivered and no response from support. You will lose both respect and money if you believe these scammers.

I ordered flowers on same day as they promise on site but failed delivery so I claim for refund which is our right. But first they not answering i repeatedly message then suddenly got fraud message order delivered in just 15minutes which is just impossible
And from 4days i claim my refund but either they not answering or they refused to refund amount
So be ware from this fraud site
I sincerely request all not buy any order from these fraud and criminal mind people
Save your hard learning money
Need to file cyberpolice case on these fraud people so teach lesson to these fraud people

My daughter's birthday cake not delivered and their customer care is saying bits delivered and there is no one to resolver the issue ta their end, every Hong through what's app char. Such a ridículos thing. Not expected at all. They are not easy to say anything about refund.

Very disappointed with this order, received broken cake and no resolution given by the team and waste of money. Recommend not to buy any cakes from IGP

Placed an ordered for a Father's day gift to be delivered on February 21st. The order was never delivered but marked as delivered by the company. After complaining, they promised to deliver the order the next day, but still did not deliver. I have requested for a full refund, and they offered to refund in their IGP wallet. I have asked for refund for full refund to my original payment method and they stopped responding to my requests. So, basically they did not fulfill my order and stole my money.

Terrible customer service the flowers were a day late and old !
