More than 13 years and over 100,000 customers later, we’re still striving to do these things. We have grown to be the largest online retailer of photo identification equipment.

Why We're Successful

When you call ID Wholesaler, you speak with one of our friendly, highly-trained account managers. They’re not reading from a script or scrambling to look up specifications on your product, they know photo ID and will help you find the right product (not simply the most expensive product) to meet your needs.

Unlike virtually all of our competitors, we stock a huge selection of inventory and employ our own factory-trained technicians. We couldn't imagine selling photo ID equipment any other way. Ask your current supplier if they service their own products. Odds are they don't.

Thank you for choosing ID Wholesaler and for taking the time to provide valued feedback on your recent experience.

In reviewing your account, you ordered a Fargo DTC1500XE card printer on Thursday, October 24th. After using the new printer, you reported seeing black smudges on the cards that were printed. On Thursday, November 14th, you brought your ID printer into our Miami location to troubleshoot the problem.

Because our Technical Support team was unable to replicate the issue, we would like to send you a loaner card printer while we continue to troubleshoot. This will ensure your ID card issuance program continues without interruption.

Your frustration is understandable, and we regret that you encountered a problem with your new printer, Raul. Providing customers with an exceptional experience is a top priority for us, and it was disappointing to learn about your situation. Please accept our sincere apologies.

Purchased a Fargo DTC 1250e printer…

Purchased a Fargo DTC 1250e printer from Mark. He was helpful and got it to us very quickly.
While setting it up I had to call idWholesaler's Tech support. It was fantastic! How wonderful to get someone who knows what he's doing, is nice and got my printer up and running in 12 minutes! How refreshing.
