Idea Hotel Arvostelua 

What worked well:
Idea Hotel San Siro Milano.
Stayed for 6 nights.
The outside structure and reception looks fine and attractive.
The front office seem helpful enough, although limited in English language, but they tried to resolve issues.
Housekeepers seem lovely, but they do not speak a word of English.
The reception gets taxis for you, making it easy to commute.

What did not work well:
Experience was not a good one as I returned home with bed bugs bites all over my arms, neck and forehead. Never experienced a bed bug bite before, but my symptoms and the appearance tallies with bed bugs bites.
On our first night we noticed the duvet in our kids room had an "embarassing" stain at the center of it, meaning it was not a fresh duvet and was not changed after the previous guests left. Although, it was changed immediately we notified the reception, this should never have happened in the first place.
The landline phones are old and broken, did not work, not even to connect to the reception 😕
Moulds in the bathroom, but efforts were made daily by the housekeeping to clean the rooms daily. Beds were made up daily but no linens were changed. Maybe that's why the bed bugs thrived. We had clean towels daily, but the towels were too small in size and thin.
The corridors are dirty with cobwebs at the corner of the doors. Daily hoovering is needed and maybe a complete carpet change, as it looks like a murder scene with stains here and there.
No kettles, no teas and coffees, no iron or iron board provided 👎🏽
Breakfast is just basic, nothing exciting for hot meals, just bacon, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. By day 3, I was tired of eating the same things.
Only one fridge worked in the rooms, the fridge in our other room didn't work. The inside of the fridge that worked looked dirty with build up of frost and rust.
Safe does not work. Looks old and tattered. The safe in the other room that worked got stuck and won't open, had to get the front office to get someone to open it for us a day to checkout.
Could have used this hotel again if no other hotel were available, but for the bed bugs... NEVER AGAIN!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😞😞😞

We stayed at the hotel. It was way below the standards you would expect. They have gone to the texent of removing the kettle. And Tea / coffee from the times was never available. It would become a chargeable commodity. If you needed it. The corridor ls are dark and dinghy. The staff hassle no understanding of what is customer service.

The location of the hotel is so far off from the city. And no transport connections.
The bath rooms are about 15 years behind the time and requires modernisation. The break fast buffet is very limited. I personally wouldn’t stay in this hotel again….

There is no courtesy. From the staff or want to be helpful. I understand this is a budget hotel.. but there standards are in whole different level.

Niemand der auf beschwerden eingeht. Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten, da sehr laut und keine security vor ort.

Hotel disastroso, sconsigliato assolutamente!!!
Wc sporchissimo, letto supplementare (=brandina) con doghe rotte, impossibile dormirci. Doccia senza tenda, che se ci può stare in un hotel di mare (con 40 gradi asciuga subito) non ci sta da nessun'altra parte. Prese non tutte funzionanti e interruttori non sigillati. Tv non funzionante.
Camera con luce che non si spegne, alle 2 di notte richiediamo altra camera!!! Gentilissimo l'addetto alla reception che avevamo già visto al nostro piano, anche in altre stanze ci sono stati disguidi. Seconda camera che puzza di cemento e polvere.
A questo punto mi chiedo se l'impianto elettrico e antincendio funzionerebbero; idem per l'aria condizionata...
Garage: scendiamo nella rampa e scopriamo che il citofono per far aprire il cancello è in cima e a destra! Inoltre il pulsante d'allarme in garage ha il quadrante aperto e ha i cavi elettrici scoperti!
Hotel in rifacimento, ma sembra che i lavori non vengano fatti in maniera ottimale (soprattutto quelli elettrici!!!), lavori che inoltre causano polvere e sporcizia ovunque, le signore delle pulizie fanno quel che possono, nel poco tempo che immagino abbiano a disposizione...
Per onestà verso la clientela avrebbero dovuto chiudere un piano alla volta, non affittare più camere, fare bene e in ordine i lavori e pulire tutto alla perfezione prima di far soggiornare gli ospiti in queste stanze!
Ripeto: HOTEL DISASTROSO, SCONSIGLIATO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!

This was the worst experience ever. Please avoid. The food is disgusting the service is non existent. I don’t think this hotel has a clear plan for whom it caters for. They’re a hostel for young people and not a hotel for families. If you are considering stay here please do think again. Its loud and staff are hostile. I waited 1 hr and 15mins and still haven’t been serviced any food. The service is the worst.

L'hotel si presenta abbastanza bene ed il personale è gentile, però credo che debbano organizzare meglio il servizio di prenotazione della navetta perchè nonostante l'avessimo prenotata alla reception, l'indomani la navetta ha trasportato più persone del consentito di legge e della sicurezza dei passeggeri. Mentre, la reception dovrebbe rilasciare un documento di prenotazione e una ricevuta di pagamento. Infatti, i pagamenti avvengono sulla navetta e solamente in contanti e senza alcuna ricevuta .... in modo del tutto fuori legge!

Hotel idea Piacenza ! Vergognoso e dir poco! Stanza sporca e senza acqua calda!!! In camera funzionava una sola Luce!!!!!

Potessi dare 0 sarebbe un voto già’ lusinghiero, il peggior hotel in cui sia mai stato.
Personale non interessato all’esperienza dell’ospite, camere sporche, climattizzatore non funzionante, impossibile regolare la temperatura. Docce che devi tenere per non fartele cadere in testa. Non andateci

1) TransFair ist nicht pünktlich (oder wie bei uns kommt gar nicht)
2) Badtüre lässt sich generell nur schwer öffnen, meine Frau war geschlagene 5 Minuten gefangen bis wir die Tür auf hatten
3) EIN OFFENER ELEKTRICHER SCHALTER IM BAD!!!!! ob ein FI da verbaut ist weiß ich nicht...
4) Frühstück ist zu teuer für das was geboten wird.
5) Personal nimmt Beschwerden NICHT ernst und ist generell sehr unfreundlich.
6) Betten sind schlecht
7) Telefonnummer im Internet ist abends NICHT erreichbar.

Fazit: 1 Stern ist schon viel zu viel!!!!

Pessimo.
Nessun kit di accoglienza in camera e nel bagno.
Niente bollitore.
Frigobar con 2 bt di acqua da cl.50
E dulcis infundo il parcheggio dell'auto 8€ a notte😭

Trash hotel, trash staff, better sleep at the airport

Idea hotel Torino Mirafiori, vergognoso. Un 3 stelle malato, sia nella gestione,che nel personale, che nella pulizia. Manutenzione assente, caldaia rotta durante il mio soggiorno, dirottato presso altra struttura, su loro iniziativa, pure peggiore. Un flop totale. Reclamo gestito da loro malissimo, offertomi un voucher per tornare d loro che prevede uno sconto del 50 per cento su una notte sulla tariffa web, rendendom quindi obbligato a tornare da loro, perché secondo la direzione è impossibile scontarmi sul soggiorno pagato in anticipo parte dei disago subiti. Sono vergognosi.

Non è un Hotel da definirsi 4 stelle. Comunque per chi è di passaggio è un buon punto di riferimento vicinissimo all aereoporto di Malpensa.

Idea plus hotel Malpensa, evitare!!!!!
prenotato idea hotel plus malpensa per il giorno 08 marzo, 3 giorni prima mi addebitano il costo quando io avrei voluto pagare in contanti.............. va beh pazienza, domenica 08 ministro Conte vieta lo spostamento da zona rossa emilia romagna ( dove abitiamo) a zona rossa Lombardia dove c'è hotel idea, contatto subito hotel e spiego che a causa decreto non possiamo muoverci, per farla breve, oggi 16 marzo mi è stato negato qualsiasi tipo di rimborso, sia totale che parziale, neanche un bonus per prossimo soggiorno, nulla, anzi mi scrivono che loro erano aperti ed non erano in zona rossa, si vede che conoscono poco la geografia, pessimo atteggiamento, da evitare

The Idea Hotel is neatly located close to the city centre, and its breakfast buffet is fairly decent. However, the hotel's service is virtually non-existant, for which reason I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Why? Here's why.

First of all, the electronic key cards for our room repeatedly malfunctioned. We had them changed between five and ten times during our stay at the hotel. Needless to say, this was quite frustrating when returning home after a night out.

Secondly, the personnel is downright lazy. Rude even. When for instance confronted with a malfunctioning, over-heating air-conditioning system, they refused to lift a finger and suggested we open a window instead. What the f...?

Last but not least, the personnel gave us the wrong room - a much smaller version than the large one we booked. The manager then refused to refund the 80 Euros they owed us as a result of the mistake. Yet he hoped to see us again soon! Fat chance of that happening.

My ranting could go on and on but I don't see the point. Bottom line: Stay away from the Idea Hotel Corso Genova if you want value for money.
