ID&C Wristbands Arvostelua

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. I could not recommend more.

Came quicker than quoted and wristbands look great.

Amazing staff, very supportive.

Did have some issues with UPS putting the delivery on the wrong van, which slowed down getting them and cut the timings quite fine, but they figured this out in the end, and this wasn't ID&C's ownership.

The badges looked beautiful and were such a hit on the day!

We used this for a wedding and party. It was perfect. the cloth bands are just like a festival and was fun to see guests with "bride", "groom", "family", etc... great conversation starter

The best in the business - always perfect, great prices and swift service. Love them!

Arrived on time and as described.

This is a fifth order and price and quality are consistent.

Great wristbands - thank you

Super quick turnaround, high quality product and great customer service to ensure our design worked. Lots of compliments from our delegates on the quality of the lanyards.

good quality and price.
quick shipment time.
easy to complete even custom wristbands.

The bracelets came out absolutely beautiful but no one can get them off.

The wristbands are amazing! They came out even better than I imagined. IDC answered questions that I had. My order shipped exactly when quoted and came on time. I will be using them again in the future.

I recently tried to make an order for large print of badges. I am so disappointed as it all stated of so well. I spoke to a helpful customer service agent who advised although the time was tight they would b able to complete my order. I made sure I called before I make any order to make sure it was possible. However it quickly went down hill when my first email took over 24 for a reply and I had to call to chased. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE AWARE OF THE TIME SCALE. They then wanted to charge me and additional fee due to there lack of communication and response time. I chased 5 times for payment details and to complete and after all this was asked for the basic information I sent in my first email again!!! All my trust was gone and therefore cancelled my order as if they can't find the details I have already sent the chances of them delivery my order on time was very little. One of the worst customer service and service i have used. Do not use not trustworthy.

Very professional team, went above and beyond to help us get our event just right.
Reply to emails straight away, giving us advise and support for our next event.

Easy to deal with. Clear information given. Good quality product. I'm happy.

Fabulous - came on time and great quality

Fantastic communication and speed from the company. Only knocked down one star as the fabric wristbands we ordered we a little course.

Fast processing and delivery. Have had lots of compliments on our All Access stage credentials you guys did for us. Would not hesitate to order from you again.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. What more could you ask for? The end product was what I expected. Quality is good. Production steps were not super clearly communicated but they delivered a good product when they said they would at a quality level that is on par for the price paid. Would use again.

My entire order came wrong with no QR code and I called a few times customer service and left messages and I didn’t get a response
The entire order was put into trash
My order needs to get fully refunded
