Don't expect to have at least one real date through this service. When I finally managed to opt out of Idates I joined AFFinders.com
which has been working like a charm so far. I should have actually done it much earlier - that would have saved me at least a few hundred bucks. Most of the scammers from Idates follow a well-rehearsed script, written by professionals. Since you have to purchase a whole bunch of credits to chat on Idates they try to keep male users interested and engaged for as long as possible.

I dates is pathetic you get lots of women texts but all they want to do is keep you chatting if you ask to meet ore talk on a free site they say no they want to get to know you hence trying to make you add more money but I dint fall for the crap and when I tried to write in my profile they wouldn't let it on it feels like the real thing don't waste your money should be banned for fraud

100% a scam site....I joined with no photo .,received hundreds of messages , some saying how nice I looked 🤣....I replied to a couple whilst I had my free tokens and quite clear being paid to try and get men to buy tokens .. WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS SCAM SHOULD BE HUNG OUT TO DRY

Idates is NOT a genuine site , the women or men are paid to keep you chatting so you keep buying tokens , they’re probably not even in the same country as you . DONT BE FOOLED .
I only wasted £10 but my suspicions were correct , the first red flag was I only had the account for 5 minutes and the messages came flooding in , that doesn’t happen on genuine sites . AVOID

They are so nefarious in their methods for getting our cash that they stopped accepting real people’s profiles – only “professionals” paid for chatting. Later I joined AFFlirt.com
surprisingly, things turned around for me there even though I didn’t set out with high expectations but I’m starting to go on real offline dates. It’s early days yet, but I already like these results. Idates is nothing like this. Idates is a money pit. I had been endlessly wasting my money there until I opened my eyes, figured out their underhanded sneaky “business model” and stopped using it.

0 stars if possible. This is a scam bot site with the occassional person making money off the messages they create. Plus it's harder to leave than the Hotel California. Please avoid!

The site has date in the title, the sign up is dating... but read deep into the legal terms and conditions you will find the phrase entertainment operators, and wording to the effect that there is no possibility of meeting off the website, complete waste of dating time.. they should just be upfront and state it is fantasy chatting, no dating goes on here...

What a complete pile of crap for a website. You pay women or bots to lead men on and spend our coins. Its a great gimmick to take people's hard earned money. We as men are being asked to have Cyber sex in messages it is out rages. Its these issues that makes your site a money trap how many online hookers do you have? This is what you will need going to a site like this. Stay away use Facebook dating at lest you know you are talking to someone real.

Waste of time and certainly wouldn't pay any money. It all appears to be AI generated. Sending chats without any prospect of a meet. Don't waste your time filling in the profile!

Was using idates for a while was talking to a couple of so called women but then I got a message from someone so I was chatting away with them having a wind up really coz the person I was supposed to be chatting to was really sitting right next to me they stole her pic for a profile

Omg, my son tells me to go on plenty of fish and somehow I went on idates. I was talking to woman and next thing you know I have to buy coins. I did this 3-4 times cause I'm a idiot.i phoned my bank to cancel card . I'm trying to find true love and they took my trust etc. I can't buy or look for love online anymore,but I was the idiot.very very sad

The site makes it appear that you will talk based on location with real people that you can meet... but trawl through their terms and you find:

So it however real it feels is impossible to actually meet anyone, I tested it by chatting multiple messages and then asking for a hi sms to confirm the chat was real, no sms and evasion then in the chats...

If you want fantasy then great otherwise steer clear... sad they aren't more upfront about themselves.

Absolute garbage. And you CANNOT delete or block the thing. You will be getting AI notifications forever. You cannot unsign, you cannot log out.

Det er simpelthen rent fup. De prøver på at for dig til at betale for at skrive beskeder. Det er ingen af de piger der er på den dating side der er danske...og mærkeligt at for de samme beskeder fra 3 piger af en gang....det er ganske simpelt fup. Og du kommer aldrig til at møde nogen af dem 👺
