Very happy

great products purchased 3 and all look so good once on wall would deffo recommend quick delivery good quality

I’ve ordered several wall stickers from Icon Wall Stickers and have been delighted every time. The quality is excellent, they’re easy to apply, and they instantly transform a room. They add so much character, charm, and personality to my home without the hassle or cost of redecorating.

The designs are beautiful, delivery was smooth, and the finished result always exceeds expectations. My only complaint is that I wish my home was big enough to keep ordering more! Every sticker I’ve purchased has brought something special to the space.

Love the service, love my sticker.

Lovely stickers. Very easy to apply. Quick delivery.

Excellent quality, speedy delivery. We designed our own stickers for our son’s bedroom and are so thrilled with the quality and overall appearance. Really easy to apply and look great

I am really pleased with the wall stickers. They've brightened up my beach theme downstairs toilet & look great. They were easy to apply with clear instructions & no problems. Will be ordering again & definitely recommend.

I bought two football wall stickers. They are really nice. They came well packaged and the instructions made putting them on the wall really easy. I can't fault them at all, really well made.

Absolutely love my sticker, excellent quality and arrived when promised. Service was great and the advice I got from them was really helpful.

Sticker is perfect. A real addition to the office

As a business, we believe true customer service is not measured by how a company behaves when everything goes perfectly, but by how they respond when challenges arise.

We recently ordered bespoke company logo wall stickers for our new Globexpert Fundraising office from Icon Wall Stickers. Unfortunately, despite several genuine attempts, the stickers were simply not compatible with the particular wall surface within our premises. However, what followed was one of the best examples of customer care and professionalism we have experienced in a very long time.

From the outset, Lynsey and John handled the matter with absolute class. Their communication was immediate, transparent, supportive and solution driven throughout. Rather than walking away from the issue, they explored every possible avenue to make things work, including producing alternative sample stickers for testing and reproducing designs in different formats at their own time and effort.

Although the final outcome was not what any of us had hoped for, the way Icon Wall Stickers conducted themselves was exemplary and deserves to be recognised publicly.

In a world where good customer service is sadly becoming increasingly rare, this company reminded us exactly what it should look like. Honest people, genuine care for their clients, swift responses, professionalism throughout and an obvious pride in the service they provide.

Most importantly, throughout the entire process Lynsey and John remained committed to ensuring we were satisfied with the overall outcome and supported every step of the way. That level of care, accountability and professionalism is something that truly sets a business apart.

We would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Icon Wall Stickers to other businesses and individuals alike and we will certainly be returning customers in the future.

Thank you once again Lynsey and John. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and deserve to be shouted from the rooftops.
