I paid an extra $15 rush fee and priority mail on top of the product cost and received a confirmation email after my order that it would arrive by a certain date. I then received the email saying it was shipped, but the tracking number didn't work. I emailed them about that, no response. Waited a few days, checked again the day before my order was "guaranteed" to arrive, tracking number still didn't work, emailed again, no response. Two days after the "guaranteed" date, I called the number that is listed on the PayPal charge, and it's disconnected. I found another number and left a voicemail, then sent a third email. No call back, no response, and NO PRODUCT. I have now reported this to PayPal. Everything about this is terrible. Do not buy from this company, especially for the special occasions. You will be sorely disappointed.

This is not a legitimate business. They website updated my account everyday to say that my wedding favors were going to be shipped. They never were. Impossible to contact anyone in customer service through any means. One time a person answered, and when I expressed my concerns, he promptly hung up. This web business is a scam.

Please do not waste your time ordering from this place! You will never get a call back and no one will ever answer! AMANDA the girl that operates this place will block you on facebook and not reply to your comments. They have stole form me because I order 3 items and only received 2! Shipping was an ordeal as well. I can not believe that this can happen. How you you have an establishment that looks this good and even take pay pall! This was the worst experience and I will never order form there again. Please save your selves time and hassle and do not order! I have yet to hear form anyone about my order that they forgot to ship!

I ordered my product and from day 1 was never able to talk to anyone who could give me a real answer. I was able to reach "customer service" over live chat, but they didn't know anything. The website says if you want to speak to a live person you have to pay $2 but I still haven't been able to speak to a live person. They sent the proof at 1:15pm on Friday, I responded with 2 minor changes right away (they said to respond in a timely manner in order to not delay your product). They fixed the changes and sent another proof on Monday at 10:29m. I approved that proof right away and anxiously awaited a shipping label...wringing my hands because I needed the product by Wednesday. I had paid for 2-day shipping, so it seemed I might get my product on time. On Tuesday I received this in an email, "We thought you would like to know your order (# 97208) placed on 6/17/2016 has shipped" with a tracking number. By the end of Tuesday we tracked the package, only to find out that a label was sent to fed-ex, but there was never actually a shipment. The next day, the day we were supposed to receive the product we received an email that said, "Your package(s) is scheduled to arrive no later than 6/23/2016*" We tracked the product the end of day Wednesday and Fed-ex said they received a label but product hasn't been shipped. My sister works for fed-ex so she looked the package up for me, she said they never had a package for anyone to pick up. They just sent labels. I started to wonder whether they were making labels to appease us and make us feel better that something was happening. Well, It's end of day Wednesday. I still have no product. My children's last day of school is tomorrow and they don't have their invitations to hand out for their party. They won't see their friends after tomorrow so this has been a complete flop. At least tell me you can't do it. I could have tried to find another company. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I just received my invitations yesterday and they look good, but I just find it ridiculous that it took soooo long to get them. Should mention that my son's party is only 5 days away?? Needless to say I had to call my guests and invite them telling them I didn't know if they would receive their invites in time. I feel like I should mention that I placed my order on June 1st. I didn't get a proof until June 6th, which I approved that day, I believe it may have been within the hour of it being emailed to me. When I later checked the website on the status of my order it said shipping on June 7th, so I thought that would be ok, as it would still give my guests 2 weeks of notice. Well, June 7th came and went and then the date of shipping changed to June 13th. So I started off with an email to iCandywrap, no response. I then began calling them, I spoke to one person on June 13th who said the warehouse said my order had already been shipped and I would be getting a tracking number via email. Well guess what?! That never happened. My ship date then turned to June 14th....So I take it that I was lied to about my order being shipped in the first place. Needless to say, I became very upset. Multiple calls a day were made, multiple voicemails left. Apparently they have no customer service reps that work there because no one returned my calls or responded to my 2 additional emails that were sent. The most response I got was from a "Becky" on the livechat on June 16th who said "Amanda" the supervisor said my order was shipped and I would be getting tracking number from her or I could call/email her as her info was given over the live chat. Well I called and emailed her, no response. On June 17th, 24 hours after this live chat, I get an email from "Amanda" saying my order was shipped. I have done a lot of online ordering, personalized orders and non-personalized orders and have NEVER had problems. Bottom line, do NOT waste your time!!!

My (now) husband and I were so excited to stumble upon this website, and decided to pursue it for our favors for our wedding on May 6. Since we ordered the custom, already assembled Hershey Chocolate Bars, we waited a little while, and placed the order on April 20. Once the order was placed, I received an email stating "Your package(s) is scheduled to arrive no later than 4/28/2016." I was over the moon happy to view the proof of the wrapper, which they sent right away the next morning. I approved the proof within 15 minutes of receiving the email. The design artists really went above and beyond, and designed the wrappers just the way we wanted. We couldn't be happier....or so we thought.

All week I kept logging in and checking the status of my order, which didn't seem to be changing. On Monday, May 2nd (mind you -- FOUR days after my GUARANTEED delivery date) I reached out to this company via live chat. I expressed my concern that my favors didn't even SHIP yet, when my wedding was on May 6th, that Friday. I told them that I absolutely HAD to receive them by the 5th, since no one will be around to accept the shipment the day of the wedding. The manager told me that there is no need to worry, that I will absolutely have them by May 5th.

My concern became more imminent when I received the email on May 4th -- TWO DAYS before my wedding, saying that they just SHIPPED. I tracked the shipment via the tracking number, and it said that the package will arrive by end of day on May 6th, the day of my wedding. I once again live chatted with this company, and they told me there is nothing that they could do, that I had to contact FedEx. As a bride, this was the last hassle that I needed.

I called FedEx, and the lady was super helpful -- but there was no way for her to rush the shipment. She said the best thing that I could do would be to contact icandywrap, and ask them to call FedEx, and place a HOLD on the shipment, so FedEx will hold the favors at their facility, where I have to go and pick them up the morning of my wedding. Of course I had to be getting ready that morning, so I had to also ask them to change the name of the package to my father, so he (THE FATHER OF THE BRIDE) had to drive out there to pick them up the morning of his only daughters wedding.

Finally, with a solution in sight, I called icandywrap. SIX TIMES. Not one answer. I left numerous voice mails. FINALLY I got someone on the phone, and they were able to make the change for me.
At the end of this adventure, I was able to get my favors, which did turn out very nice. Everyone loved them. Would I ever go through the hassle of this again? No. Absolutely not. I understand if there was a delay because of my negligence and not approving the proof, but I approved it right away. Weddings are stressful enough, especially for the bride and groom. The last thing my father should have had to do the morning of my wedding was go drive COMPLETELY out of the way to pick up my favors. It was totally stressful.

I don't understand how you can say "guaranteed delivery" and then deliver a solid WEEK and a day after this date.

Ordered candy bars on May 4th 2016 for my sons graduation on June 4th. I received my proof within hours of placing my order and I approved it the very next day. After that I received a sipping date of May 18th, when that day came the shipping date was changed to May 26th, then it was changed to June 1st and then again to June 2nd. After leaving messages and email my order was finally shipped on June 3rd and I received it on June 4th only an hour or so before my event. Granted I did receive the order but I find it absolutely rediculous that it took a full month and many different shipping dates. I don't think it was right I only received the order a few hours before my event, as I had to assemble goodie bags on my end once I received. You can never get in touch with a "live" person, you have to leave a message(never called me back) or email. I feel this company is very unreliable an had it not been for me constantly leaving messages and emails I would of never received this order! Will NEVER use them again!!!

I have ordered several items from ICandywrap in the past and had good experiences going into my daughters 18th birthday last summer. I still decided to give them one more chance thinking that the poor experience was isolated only to have all the same problems on this order. I had to call everyday to make sure I got most of the order on time. Their account status on the webpage was not accurate and nobody seems to review the orders as the ship dates pass. If not for my own persistence, we would not have received any of the order. They have a great product but I have never had to work so hard to give someone my business.

Ordered in March, wedding in June, nothing...told 2x the order would be here, those dates have come and gone...nothing, tried live chat no one there, texted, emailed, called...no answer...oh i have been charged...so they have my money and i cannot get a response at all...horribly disappointed and now i bave no favors for my wedding, tbanks for nothing but disappointment

Worst service ever! Ordered 5 weeks prior to my son's birthday party. Got invitations 3 weeks later. Never received remaining custom items for party bags. Called and emailed with not response. I can't get any communication???
Wish I had seen the other reviews prior to my order. Horrible experience.

I only wish I had done my due diligence and researched this company before I placed an order. I needed some candy bars and wrappers for my 30th birthday party. I paid extra money for the rushed order and for expedited shipping. I was guaranteed my order would be delivered on 12/2 that did not happen. But what's just as bad as the missed deadline is how hard it is to get a hold of these people! They NEVER answer the phone so I was forced to try contacting them on their chat service. Where I was told repeatedly my order was being shipped and tracking info would be sent to me. When I asked for it immediately I was told the "warehouse is at lunch" After my party came and went with no product it took me weeks to even get in touch with someone to get my money refunded. The way they do business is unacceptable.

Don't waste your time!

I was wary based on some of the reviews on here. I see great reviews and horrible reviews but nothing in the middle.

I noticed icandywrap is a Google trusted store with good ratings with them so I took the chance knowing that Google would protect me if something went wrong.

Needless to say, the experience I had was great. The items I ordered looked great and arrived ahead of time.

I was in charge of the favors, so my wife was especially happy when she saw them.

The only complaint I have is that I wish they had more wedding themes to pick from.

I ordered candy from another vendor and it was a disaster. Not only did they get my order wrong but the quality was horrible. I contacted iCandy and asked if they could rush me an order. They were absolutely great. They didnt have a rush free and the items I received where perfect. I was proud to give them out as favors at my wedding. They were a real life saver and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for great service and great favors.
