Horrible, put through the ringer as you used to be able to do simple tasks such as cancel and claim back government taxes using the website. Now you have to call and the standard of English for the most part is poor.im lucky I managed to speak to one guy this evening as I was about to crack up based off the previous conversations. Of course these conversations shouldn't be necessary as you should be able to do this task using the website.

Paid for up front seats outbound and inbound. Inbound the seat was moved further down the plane and was an aisle seat not a window seat as paid for. Now try and get a refund…… been trying for nearly a month, no reply Iberia express email, phone calls not answered and cut off. Appalling customer service.

Vuelo MAD-TFN. Sin problemas durante el embarque y vuelo en hora. Sin embargo, la experiencia en cabina fue muy diferente. Los asientos son incomodísimos, no hay posibilidad de reclinarlos, y el espacio para las piernas es ínfimo (mido 1.75 m). En poco tiempo comienzas a sentir tensión en el cuello y en los hombros, y ya no sabes qué postura adoptar. Nefasto para un vuelo de casi tres horas. Nada recomendable.

Yo ,tengo mi asiento en clase turista y un viajero business me pide cambiar mi asiento para poder volar junto a sus padres ,me dicen ganas que te servirán una comida ,la comida era lo de menos ,pero cual es mi sorpresa del cambio de asiento cuando el personal auxiliar me ignora como si fuera un polizón te y me negó la comida ,alegando que es una bandeja por pasajero
Pero no se la dieron al pasajero que me cambio el asiento y no quería comer por mi ayuda de cambio de billete , el pasajero que me cambio el billete es profesional de la aviación y no se explicaba lo que que pasaba
Cuando finalmente me traen una comida que ha sobrado ,cuando los demás están tomando cafés y copas un azafato muy educado me dice señor le traigo algo de comer
No puedes tratar a un pasajero como si fuera un gorrón o un polizón cuando es un cambio de billete ,por otra parte soy médico y en cuatro ocasiones me ha tocado actuar como tal en vuelo
Le preguntaría a Iberia Exprés si me dejarían en caso de emergencia entrar en business

Manchester to Madrid but onward to Seville was cancelled. Got lunch and hostel for the night with very early flght next day. Promt payment of compensation. Other than that it was OKish

Mega dårlig service ved vores mellemlanding i Madrid.

Personalet lovede os at vores bagage var registreret korrekt og dermed vil følge med os til vores destination, hvilket desværre var en kæmpe løgn. Personalet grinede af os når vi spurgte dem omkring vores bagage og forklarede vores situation (et aflyst fly og derfor mellemlanding hos dem). Ingen service overhovedet og folk gad ikke vi tog kontakt.

Så nu står vi uden bagage og ved endnu ikke om den er fundet eller kommer frem her i Ecuador. Derfor 1 stjerne.

Imposible hablar con alguna "PERSONA" que te solucione las dudas. Llames al teléfono que llames te salta mensaje para que lo hagas a través de la web. Intentas rellenar reclamación en la web y es imposible ponerla.

Pésima la atención en el vuelo operado de Iberia destino Miami /Madrid con fecha 26 de marzo de 2024.Malas formas para tratar a los clientes por parte de la tripulación y cero sensibilidad
con las personas mayores de vergüenza.

I purchased a ticket with this company on their website in December 2023. The website was glitched up, and the ticket they told me I was purchasing on the 15th was sold to me on the 16th.

I attempted to get a refund for them or a ticket switch, but the phone lines didn't work and they gave no digital ways of getting in touch with them (I even tried contacting their Twitter). I also had video proof of all of this because at first I thought I made the mistake, so I repeated the process on their site again and saw the glitch occurring live.

I even contacted their sister/parent company (Iberia) who did actually answer the phone - but they refused to help me. I then went to my credit card company and disputed the charge - to which Iberia Express magically started replying and said the charge was justified and the glitch didn't matter.

I simply cannot believe a company would deploy a glitched website, sell me a fraudulent ticket, make it impossible to get in touch with them to fix it, and then have the audacity to dispute that it even happened with my credit card company despite me having video proof?? Do not ever book with this scam of a company - they should not be allowed to operate in the EU or anywhere.

Dealing with Iberia Express has been beyond frustrating, especially when it comes to refunds. 🙄 Their customer service seems to be non-existent, and their website is a joke! I've lost count of how many times I've tried to fill out their forms for a refund, only to have them crash or not submit properly. It's like they don't want to give you your money back! 💸
I understand that things can go wrong sometimes, but the lack of communication and assistance from Iberia Express is simply unacceptable. As customers, we deserve better treatment than this! 🤦‍♂️
Consider this a warning to anyone thinking of booking with Iberia Express – save yourself the headache and go with a different airline. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle! #IberiaExpress #CustomerServiceFail #NeverAgain

Llamé al servicio de atención al cliente en busca de ayuda para hacer un cambio en las fechas de un vuelo, pero en lugar de recibir asistencia, me encontré con un agente que fue increíblemente mal educado y poco profesional. No solo me proporcionó la información de manera apresurada y poco clara, sino que también parecía completamente desinteresado en ayudarme a entender las tarifas que me estaba ofreciendo. Cada vez que intentaba hacer una pregunta o solicitar una explicación más detallada, era interrumpido abruptamente y se me aseguraba que "así eran las cosas".

Lo más alarmante fue que, después de expresar mi desacuerdo con las tarifas, el agente simplemente colgó la llamada sin siquiera intentar resolver mi problema. Para empeorar las cosas, fui transferido automáticamente a una encuesta de satisfacción, lo que me dejó sin la oportunidad de expresar mi insatisfacción directamente con la aerolínea. Por los comentarios que leo en las redes, es evidente que hay un serio problema con el servicio de atención al cliente de Iberia Express que necesita ser abordado de inmediato.

Hemos viajado de ida y vuelta con ellos a Tenerife y la experiencia ha sido muy agradable, a pesar de que había bastantes nubes apenas se han notado las turbulencias.
Todo el equipo ha sido muy agradable y a nuestro peque de 4 años le ha hecho especial ilusión poder despedirse de toda la tripulación.

Han sido encantadores.
A nosotros nos encanta volar con Iberia.

No he visto más estafadores que esta compañía . Nos han puteado 1 hora antes del vuelo. Y abusan y hemos perdido el vuelo no es recomendable .nunca más iberia express

Absolutely useless customer service. Tried to book a flight but their website crashed 3 times, telling me it couldn't complete transaction. Booked another flight with different airline then got an email from Iberia Express telling me my flight was booked. Called immediately to ask for refund and been battling since then to get it. A must to avoid.

Nos han obligado a facturar la maleta porque el vuelo iba lleno... y después ha resultado que los compartimentos superiores estaban vacíos. Hasta cuatro cambios de puerta en el aeropuerto, un caos total para embarcar. Última vez con ellos, prometido. Antes me vuelvo a Ryanair

Siempre he viajado con Iberia y jamás he tenido ningún problema, al revés, siempre la he recomendado a todo el mundo.
Hice una compra con la nueva opción de "bizum" y realicé el pago de 4 billetes de los que jamás me llegó la confirmación ni número de reserva. Después de mil llamadas con teleoperadores latinoamericanos que ni se molestan en buscar mi caso ni se interesan en lo que ha sucedido, solamente saben decir "espere 7 días hábiles para la devolución del dinero que se hará de manera automática". Levo ya 12 días hábiles esperando y cuando llamo me repiten la dichosa frase como si fuese lo único que les han enseñado a decir para mantenernos callados. He puesto una reclamación a consumo y desde mi banco. No hagáis bizum, es un timo e Iberia como compañía y con sus empleados poco formados e incompetentes, ya que algunos hasta me cuelgan el teléfono porque no saben ya que responderme. No sabía el mal funcionamiento de la atención al cliente de esta compañía.

Decide la Srta. del checking que mete mi trolley de cabina en la bodega porque el avión va lleno y tengo billete del grupo 4 (el más económico), me opongo y me rompe la carta de embarque allí mismo, tuve que transigir y ver como el vuelo no iba para nada lleno. Al aterrizar, nos encontramos unos cuantos pasajeros en la misma situación, esperando nuestros equipajes que tardaron bastante en salir y encima en dos turnos. Muchas gracias, simpática agente de Iberia Express, y luego nos quejamos de "la otra" low cost.

The boarding process is all wrong , they should board from the back and stop passengers boarding with too many carry on cases which slows the whole process down as the overhead lockers fill up quickly. It took 40 minutes to board our flight from Madrid to Malaga. Also when you reserve and pay for your seats on the flight Iberia Express must stop reallocating them , separating couples without providing any explanation and then leaving the passengers to make a claim on line to be refunded. They are a joke and need to put their customers first for a change. It was a quite dreadful experience and we will avoid flying with them in the future if possible.

Acabo de ir a Sevilla. Vuelo barato y rápido. Es low cost pero mejor que Ryan Air y mucho mejor que Vueling y una horrible llamada Wizzair. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque no hay manera de que me den una factura y quitarme el IVA, en Iryo siempre te dan factura. Por favor, faciliten el tema facturas con una plataforma.
