My experience was nothing short of top tier. They exhibited great patience when it came to my lack of understanding on certain things and also made me feel comfortable with the way they broke things down because of the knowledge they have when it comes to the entire process. Nick even called me after hours while at home tending to his new born to answer a few questions that I asked him earlier.
