have been trying to contact this company all day about a return, and keep getting automated messages, and emails that make no sense. I ordered some items, exhanged them and now can not get an answer as to how to return these items. Not great service!

I purchased 2 shearling singles which weren’t suitable returning was a simple way process with great customer service. I exchanged for the Double Tibetan Sheepskin Rug - Charcoal. This sheepskin is absolutely beautiful admired by many including my cat who appears to have claimed ownership 💕 I shall be back for soon💕 And the complimentary hot bot was a cozy bonus.

Gorgeous sheepskin that is really warm and luxurious and amazing quality.

Lovely cow hides bringing back memories from being in South Africa and seeing Zulu Nguni cows everyday whilst living out there for a few years. I brought a darker Tri colour from Hyde & Hare to go along with my light speckled one that I have thrown on my leather sofa. They are very soft and easy to clean and don't collect dust like a normal rug if on the floor. Very well Tanned and good quality from Hyde & Hare with a nice selection of colors, This company was very good to send me a free pair of cashmere socks after I forgot to add an item seperately to my cart during purchase as a first come first serve promotion. The hide came well packaged in a box and the socks came seperately in a nice gift box for my Maa. I recommend Hide & Hare and I would buy from them again in the future

For 50 years I have used a loved TeddyBear hot water bottle, but now, at long last, I have a much more sophisticated model, the Hyde @ Hare fleece hot water bottle ! It is beautifully made and lovely to cuddle ! It came presented in a beautiful box that made me feel like I was opening a gift.... I am so pleased with it !

First is the quality of the product. Not only for the price, these rugs/throws are excellent quality. So good, we bought 4!! Second, the touch of unexpected luxury they bring to our home. I was more than delighted to support this small British London based company when I recently purchased a simply stunning Cows hide Tote bag. It’s quite simply a work of Art. It is both elegant and very practical and a snip at the £345 considering the workmanship that has gone into creating it! I also received a complimentary sheepskin Hot Water bottle as I spent over £150. This too is divine and is the most luxurious product. Before I can receive my order, the shipping company wants $174. I was told there was free world wide shipping. And tariffs shouldn't apply to this order.
