Fantastic customer service really go over and above and exceeded my expectations. The rugs are absolutely divine I am so happy.
Shout out to Melissa who was great and helpful.

Beautiful product which arrived quickly, all beautifully wrapped. Excellent, personal customer service . Thoroughly recommended. Whilst the product seemed quite expensive, I felt the quality was worth the investment.

Bought the giant hide beanbag and love it. Customer service was first class and delivered on time.

I had been looking at Hyde & Hare for some time, loved the look of their products & been impressed with comments
on social media. So decided to buy a single sheepskin rug to go on a new leather chair. I am in love with this rug, arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped. I have since ordered a sheepskin cushion & that is also gorgeous. I will definitely be ordering more items from this company as I am furnishing a new home. Thank you for your great customer service Melissa. 🙏

Outstanding personal service and beautiful handmade products

Hyde & Hare provide a truly personal and professional service, with first-class sales and customer care from start to finish. Their products are of the finest quality and arrive beautifully packaged, with such a thoughtful personal touch.

What makes them especially lovely is that they are a small, personal company, both online and in person, and that really shows in the care and attention they give to everything they do. Their handmade products are absolutely beautiful and have such a delightful, individual feel.

I cannot recommend Hyde & Hare highly enough.

Just purchased two sheepskins for two easy chairs they look great , lovely sheepskins , great company . Thank you Hype&Hare I'll be back for more

Stunning rugs, luxurious and very well made. You can tell that they are really passionate about their product, beautifully packaged and promptly delivered. Would buy again for sure 😊

I have now bought 3 sheepskins, chair pads and cushions, including shearling ones from this great company. The quality of the sheepskins are fabulous and provide such a luxurious look to the room. Everyone who visits is so impressed. I am so pleased with these products and even the packaging is wonderful . I would recommend this company totally and already have my eye on some future purchases. Totally obsessed.

Lovely products and excellent customer service!

I am completely delighted with my order from Hyde and Hare. The cushioned sheepskin pad looks wonderful and really makes our room ! The other one I ordered is destined for my dressing room (being decorated as I write). The cashmere socks I have admired in your catalogue are so gorgeous. I adore cashmere and I will be cosy and delight in them when we have our wood burning stove on in the evening. In fact, our sitting room is becoming an homage to Hyde and Hare! Deerskin ready for the floor as soon as this room is also decorated. - heating being installed tomorrow! The brush is a revelation - no more straggles in my sheepskins! It really does a brilliant job, better than I imagined. I’ve loved watching your business grow over the years and am a huge fan for life. Hygge living for me from now on and I look forward to further purchases from you in future. It is a pleasure to recommend your beautiful lifestyle range, so beautifully presented and packaged too. Thank you.

Delighted with my shearling cushion and rug,
The quality of the products is second to none and the customer service was exceptional, can’t wait to style them in our little coastal retreat.. will definitely buy again

High quality products. Quick postal service. Priced correctly.

Bought my 2nd sheepskin rug, they are both gorgeous.

The delivery and packaging was great, boxed up and wrapped in tissue paper. The rug is a warm and beautiful colour and feels really snuggly on my chair.

I'd recommend buying the brush to comb through your rug. When the weather's nice I take it outside, shake it and brush it, looks like new.

Highly recomend - quality is fantastic, really well made.

I purchased 3 Shearling cushions in Moonlight for our new sofa and they are absolutely beautiful. In fact, I loved them so much that I ordered 2 more! They are really beautifully made and so soft and comfortable. I love the Hyde and Hare products

Lovely company that I would highly recommend. I ordered a cowhide which arrived really quickly and was carefully packaged. The hide was outstanding and I was even sent a free gift of a beautiful pair of cashmere socks

I am very disappointed with my experience with Hyde & Hare.
I purchased a sheepskin rug and bean bag which later developed faults, including a broken zip. I contacted the company and was offered either a discount or a replacement. I chose a replacement and was instructed to return the items.
Because the items were large, I specifically checked the method of return in advance and followed the instructions given, using the postage label they supplied. The items were returned securely packaged and were already faulty at the time of return.
After receiving them, Hyde & Hare claimed the items were damaged in transit and stated they would not take responsibility, despite the faults being the reason for the return. They then said the items should have been returned in the original packaging — something that was never stated before the return.
I expected far better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been stressful and unresolved, and I would not purchase from this company again.
