Hugo and Ted Arvostelua 

I have bought both dog jumpers and human jumpers from this company. The customer service has been great, and the products good quality. The made to measure aspect is brilliant for strange size breeds like I have! I’ll definitely be ordering from Hugo and Ted again.

Ordered a made to measure jumper for my dog and fits like a glove! Great customer service from Mary with the queries I had about what type of product would be best for my dog, and prompt delivery by DPD. Great experience all round!

Ordered a made to measure coat and a snuggle sack for my dog that we can never get anything to fit - the coat fits perfectly and the snuggle sack is fantastic quality! Customer service fantastic too and great to have DPD delivery with extensive tracking. Will be buying again very soon!

I have a funny-shaped dog (she's a cross breed and nothing in the shops fits her properly). We've bought a rain jacket and a fleece jumper from Hugo and Ted and they are both wonderful. They fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. Being able to choose all the colours is fab too - she looks adorable!

Absolutely love my cockapoos ramblers harness in the mustard. It really suits him and stands out as he is black. We think Hugo & Ted are PAW-some thank you.

Placed my order on the 30th, still have not received it. Contacted customer service multiple times and ways since the 18th with no reply.

Considering this was my first purchase and there are other items I would have liked to have placed in the future. This has put me off the brand.

Update: Company responded properly once I submitted my original review of 1 star. The automated email did not answer the questions I had asked in my first email. There was no proper correspondence beyond the automated email as stated by the company below before I submitted my original review. It still left me clueless about my order.

Either way it has been resolved now. I just wish it was a smoother experience. I expected it to be dispatched 10-15 working days after purchase as stated on their website. In return I felt guilty for chasing my order even though it was beyond these timelines and made to feel like I should be beyond grateful for them delivering my order to me at their expense despite the fact I should get what I ordered in the first place.

WOW! I got my dog a sleeping sack and I am so impressed by the quality. It's absolutely beautiful and my dog loves it. I do think £50 is very cheap for a large sleeping sack of such high quality, i'd have happily paid a lot more for this first-class purchase.

Amazing quality products! I bought a coat for my dog and it was a perfect fit for her! I have always struggled to find clothes that fit her well and I am so happy that I found Hugo and Ted as they are made to measure for the perfect fit every time

Honestly I cannot recommend this company enough- the quality of the harness is so premium I now won’t have our little boy wear anything else! I messed up on our measurements and customer service were so quick and helpful to rectify.

We’ve struggled for years to find jumpers, coats and harnesses that fit our miniature dachshund properly. Until we discovered Hugo and Ted.

We have many items now and all are gorgeous! Beautifully made with thought and care and attention to detail that shines making sure your pup is comfortable and safe and of course stylish!

We are very fortunate to live close to the Hugo and Ted shop. We love taking our pack down to the shop. Charlotte is amazing! She went above and beyond to help out with a comfort suit in a hurry to make sure my girl could still look after her pups without them being able to sneak milk from her. The knowledge, help and advice is fantastic. Plus if your really lucky you’ll get to meet Hugo, Ted and of course the lovely Faline! (Falines hoomum Sasha takes the best photo’s ever!!)

What a wonderful small business with outstanding customer service and high quality products. Having bought several Hugo & Ted for both my little dog and myself including dog fleeces, harnesses, a dog bed and various hooman gilets, fleeces and a rain poncho, I would throughly recommend to anyone with a dog or for themselves.

Everything is handmade to pawfection! It can fit any breed including my 3 dogs: cavapoo, dachshund & afghan hound! I have been buying from them for over a year now and the quality is so high it’s hard to believe it’s handmade! I 100% recommend!
