The content has been very informative and clear. The interface for navigating through the course material is easy to use. The reminder emails for the webinars are helpful.

So far the course seems very clear to understand but I would find it better if the videos stayed on the slides while the person speaks about them so there’s more time to read and make notes. Apart from that so far so good.
I will leave another review once I completed the course.

I have really enjoyed my experience in using the Hudson services so far to work towards my qualifications. I find the option to work at my own pace beneficial and the videos and resources are extremely helpful in delivering the content. I have nearly finished my first qualification within Cyber Security and I am looking forward to beginning the other ones.

I have recently enrolled on the Cyber Security for beginners course with CompTIA Certs to get me started on a new career path. Spoke with Roy at Hudson who helped me with some queries prior to signing up. Really happy with the initial part of this journey, looking forward to further courses.

I used Hudson Courses to undertake the AXELOS accredited PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner training. The course bundle included both exams (with resit if needed) which are conducted through PeopleCert. The training content was delivered through ITPro.TV which provided a really comprehensive and clear learning journey. Hudson communication was very efficient with emails being responded to within only a few hours. Overall, a very good experience, I will use the Hudson team again.

The course content of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt doesn’t cover well what you need to know for the certification exam. When sitting for the exam I saw too many concepts that were not part of the training module. Practice tests are very basic without explaining the answers. The Udemy course for 16Eur was much higher quality.

I have found the course so far to be very interesting and the material is clear to read and listen to. I do find the content to move quite quickly and so I am often having to pause/rewind to ensure that I have fully grasped the concept being shown. It would also be good if we could do the test multiple times as a refresher even when we have reached the pass mark.

I have not dealt with your customer service dept as yet so have no comment.

The course content is excellent and covers the full scope and details of six sigma . The support team is professional and helpful, answering all my questions soon.

Videos are well explained and I like that a can make notes under the videos.

I just wanted to say that I am glad I went through with PRINCE2 course with Hudson, from enquiring before enrolling the team were very supportive and continue to be as well as informative regarding the questions I had. This course has given me confidence to do more advanced work in this study and it was increased my interest in this field of study. I chose Hudson for my Black Belt after being let down by another well known and very expensive training provider during my Green Belt LSS Study.

I specifically wanted a time limited course, to force myself to get certified quickly so I chose the 6 month option. The course not only had a large amount of IASSC accredited training material, but it include the official IASSC exam in the price too, which was fantastic value.

Dr. Dan Green has prepared a fantastic course, with course videos, course notes and some interactive modules too. Every month there is a live webinar, and all of the previous webinars are available in the course too. These are in my opinion are well worth watching as Dr. Dan provides additional information and answers questions from students. There are even worked examples of some of the practice test questions which was great. These were actually my favourite part of the course, and I often forgot I was not watching a live lecture. Pretty much everything can be downloaded, with the exception of the videos, so I was able to print out the course notes and practice exams which was great. Dr. Dan also provides over 50 professional looking Excel Templates covering all the phases & tools and these can be use in future LSS projects which is a nice bonus.

Throughout the Hudson support staff have been fantastic, they are helpful, friendly and most importantly quick to reply to any questions I had. Often this was the same day, but if not, early the next.

When I was ready Hudson provided me with an exam voucher that I was able to use with PeopleCert. The exam can be taken remotely, at almsot any time, and I chose to take mine on Sunday afternoon. I did have a technical issue at the start of the exam when installing the exam software, but PeopleCert answered my call in less than 5 rings, and the problem was sorted straight away.

I am pleased to say with the help of Dr. Dan and Hudson I am now a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt!

Excellent customer service from the get go.

First thing's first, I passed my lean six sigma green belt exam, which is the most important thing. The course content was comprehensive and understandable, and the knowledge checks were useful. I also valued the hour-long webinars the tutor recorded on various topics on the real world application of lean six sigma.

A couple of criticisms I have are: firstly, the tutor skips over a lot of the statistics without explaining why things are the way they are. I coped okay with this since I have covered statistics before, but for someone unfamiliar with statistics I think it would require a lot of external reading.

Secondly, I was told there would be four practice exams to take before the real exam. In reality, this was one practice exam that I had to take four times. A percentage of the questions changed each time, but I was mostly selecting the same answers based on memory. This was useful the first time round, but the remain three times felt like a box-ticking exercise.

Overall, for the price I would recommend this course as long as you have a baseline understanding of the important concepts of lean six sigma, and since this is a green belt that's probably the case for most people.
